Amazing customer service! I’m a newbie to photography and their team was able to efficiently guide me in my choice as well as point out handy accessories to get me started. So far, me and my team are loving our camera to help us take quality photos of our products.

A first time buyer at Kamera Express. Bought the first ever camera of my life, the Sony A6400 for a film project. The buying process was seamless and the price offer is reasonable too.

I keep going back to the experts of Kamera Express for all my camera needs, have never been disappointed with the friendly service and helpful people whenever I call or visit their showroom in Ghent.
I bought a used Fujifilm X-H1 camera and I am very happy with the product so far. It was in very good condition and I would highly recommend Kamera Express to others, especially if you are getting started with photography and need a trusted shop to buy pre-loved equipment.

As a complete amateur and wanting to purchase my first "proper" camera I went to Kamera Express at Merode. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, a compact camera but unsure of which model and brand. The store employees gave me all the advice I could have wanted with honest opinions and reasoning as to why I should go for the Sony RX100 M3. They didn't have stock in the store but they managed to secure one at their store in Evere. Within 30 minutes of entering the store in Merode, driving to Evere, speaking to their store employees and getting all the necessary attachments / add ones, I walked out of the Kamera Express with my new camera and I'm super excited to get started with it! All employees were very happy to help me in English and I really appreciated the input that they gave me.

Just bought a Canon iP8750 with some paper and have to say the whole process was smooth and fast. Just the right amount of communication. I'm a recurring business client.

I ordered a used lens online from Kamera Express. I received regular information about its shipment and fast delivery to the store of my choice - Photogalerie in Etterbeek. The description of the part was precise and I was satisfied with the basic visual and functional check in the shop for which the 'équipe Etterbecoise' was of great help. I can only repeat one of the previous statements: “a very recommendable ordering platform and shop with good online and in-store support”.

The light came with the wrong stands. The rental company should have put the right stands or let us know the stands wont fit or had the adapters included.

This was on Budgetcam their partner. KameraExperess gave us adapters after driving back and starting an hour late. They where unsafe. Imagine a 20KG lamp falling of on a crew member or the client. It was wobbly at best and did not fit.

The camera came without a charger it was there but did not work. We changed power outlets and cables to check if we could use the charger with a different cable but had no luck, it did not work.

On of the lenscaps was screwd on so tight I went back to have them remove it as I was afraid to break the banjonet and have to pay for it from the deposid.

Kamera Express is the party where we rent even if Budgetcam facked it up. You cant just say well we are just a distribution point. You are business partners find another partner to do busyness with as this one is damaging your reputation.

The sound recorder was missing luckily I had one with me but we wanted to use / test another one that why we rented it and payed for it.

The extra star is for them trying to help after shifting the blame to budgetcam.

I have ordered a variety of lenses, both new and second hand, a camera and a camera bag and accessories over the last two years in 8 different orders at Kamera Express in Ghent. The only incident was one where the order was not immediately processed due to a glitch in the online ordering system, which was well managed by the team after my inquiry. Also once an item could not be obtained from a wholesaler in reasonable time due to component shortage in Asia, and so I cancelled the order which was handled promptly and gracefully. Overall, a very recommendable ordering platform and shop with good support both on-line and in-shop. I just placed a new order.

All products are more or less on various purchasing platforms. I choose Kamera Express because for several years it has never failed me. Having confidence when shopping online is very important.

Very friendly employees who clearly know their trade. Needed advice on which camera to buy and really just wanted advice, but left with a camera and very happy with it!

A big shout out! The service is always truly outstanding and trustworthy, online or in-store. I highly recommend Kamera Express, the guys are super kind and helpful! Can’t wait to need another piece of gear… Way to go 🫶🏻

31-Oct: ordered a camera for my vacation this 10-Nov. Website mentions delivery in 1-4 working days. Order number 12670772

2-Nov: emailed customer service because the status of my order still says "niet verzonden". They informed me that the camera will be delivered 4-Nov

6-Nov: emailed customer service again. They said they sold the camera to another customer! I was offered an alternative camera, and I agreed

8-Nov: still no word from customer service. On their website, my order still has not been changed to the alternative camera.

I tried calling multiple times during different times of the day, but they do not pick-up the phone. They also do not respond to emails promptly.

It is so unfair that they cause all this trouble, but not try to resolve it ASAP. I even offered to pick it up in one of their stores if it will make it faster. I also can just buy a camera elsewhere, but they said the refund will take 5-10 days. Unfortunately, I am left with no camera for my vacation. Thanks for ruining it.

Horrible experience. Not recommending it to others.

8-Nov (afternoon): someone finally answered the phone. THE ALTERNATIVE THAT THEY OFFERED WAS ALSO SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Let's see if I will eventually get any type of camera from these people.. So much inconvenience already

8-Nov (evening): Another alternative was offered to me (this is the third camera already). But since it is more expensive, they asked me to pay extra 20 euros. I just wanted to get this over with, so I agreed and immediately paid

9-Nov: Another agent, Demelza, emailed me after reading my review in Trustpilot. She immediately made sure that their people assign the camera to me. Within an hour, she managed to (1) refund the extra 20 euros I paid; (2) have the camera in the warehouse assigned to me; (3) have me receive the confirmation/tracking link. This is how it should have been from the start!

13-Nov: Finally received the camera

It was a bad experience, and was handled poorly by the customer service agents. Only the last one handled it exceptionally. Sending my appreciation to Demelza for handling it well

I bought the Nikon Z6 II in combination with lens and adapter at the store in Ghent. Staff is very friendly, helpful and gave a very fast service. Very happy with this purchase.

Very fast, friendly and professional. Just bought a whole new set: canon r7, rf 24-104 f4 usm, rf 50 1.8, hoya uv filter… I asked lots of questions and got an answer on all of them. They were happy to help and give me advice. Thank you kamera-express mechelen!

Bought a 50mm TS-E from Canon, great lens, Kamera Express has a good stock of products. Only negative point, difficult to reach. I'm from Antwerp and cannot reach the store 1km from my home by phone.

Today bought a new RF-S lens the 18-150mm at Kamera Express Antwerp with the professional help of Steven.
