I prefer buying from Kamera Express rather than platforms like Amazon because I genuinely trust their service. They respond quickly, I’ve never had issues with warranties, and it simply feels good to support a local business.

Very Good professional advice on the products by a real professional team. I am travelling soon for a long trip to South America, and will take my new camera of course. We agreed that I send them some pictures as souvenir :-)

I ordered a camera and a few accessories on 29-Nov-24. As at 19-Dec-24, the parcel appears to be stuck somewhere in DHL delivery system (since 3-Dec) with no sign of life.
The teams from the shop were very kind, but unfortately their help has not been effective as no one could commit on when the delivery will be done. As I needed it for the weekend, the whole purchase (880 EUR) has become pointless :(. I think you need find another strategic delivery partner, if you cannot manage them.

I can not wait for my camera to arrive, I've been saving money for a while now :) Kamera Express is very trustworthy and it's easy to find what you're looking for. I would recommend :)

I ordered and bought a new lens for my new Fujifilm X-T5 which I also bought at Kamera Express - Photo Mirgain so it’s my second purchase with them. It took some time for the lens to arrive but this is due to the high demand for the lens which I was able to confirm through online forums.

I had a very pleasant experience in both cases. The sales staff thoroughly listened to my needs and I felt very appreciated and their advice was always spot on. When receiving both products, the sales staff always took time to carefully show me the products beforehand and proceeded with explanations of the products and gave valuable advice on how to use them. They are very knowledgeable and could also answer all my question. It is always a nice experience to step in the shop and discuss photography related topics with them.

I can warmly recommend their services to any person who enjoys client focussed sales experiences and a sales staff who listens to their clients needs.

Outstanding customer service, after explaining what I wanted the staff had the most helpful advice and made it easier to choose from their wide range of products.

Very good service, good welcome, take time to show me and explain me all the models. Even opening the camera box and giving me the opportunity to touch and try. Even showing me different setups on the camera.

They helped me choosing a new camera system, gave me all the infirmation I needed and they were really honest with me. They didn't try to sell optics and or cameras that you don't need. They took (a lot of) time for me answering all my questions about the new systems. They have won me as a new customer.

The second camera I bought here in a short period of time and all was great, perfect communication by email, good prices!

It's great an opportunity to shop the Fujifilm camera in Luxembourg. I will defintely buy again, next time i will buy another sigma lens.
