Excellent product, good customer service
Ordered the product, they arrived promptly. However the Drop shipper attached an incorrect value on the customs forms. It caused a massive duties bill. Contacting customer service, they resolved it promptly.

a cut above the rest
we ordered the kuro bundle which also came the 13 inch yanagiba slicer and 4 piece steak knives. we unfortunately received a cuka bocho cleaver instead of the steak knives, so we contacted the service department for assistance. less than two hours later we had our steak knives ordered without any issues or additional payments. the knives we did receive we beautiful, perfectly sharp and in their own wooden boxes. love the quality and craftsmanship. you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into perfecting their craft. i would highly recommend them. worth every dollar in my opinion and i will be back again

Because the shipping procedure and…
Because the shipping procedure and billing in third countries was not clear. Shipping to Greece has high customs clearance fees. I wasted a lot of time communicating with both the company and customs to find a solution. I finally canceled the order.

I ordered a complete set of knives for my nephew to be delivered out of state. He got everything I ordered in just three days! No extra money was needed for this wonderful service.

The order was originally returned to…
The order was originally returned to sender however did arrive five days later and to my surprise UPS wanted tax and charges of £85.17 , the knife was valued at $244.00 therefore must attract duty, however I only paid $198.00 and under the threshold of duty.
Customers should be made aware of this scam and the charges were a 53% price increase.
