Chose the set with the sharpener, so we will enjoy the knives then sharpen as appropriate. We even found a tutorial for the sharpening, so no questions there.

400 import tax
After ordering my knives for a reasonable price (900 EUR), I got a delivery notification that I will be charged 400 EUR tax during delivery.
This is of course completely insane. 400 EUR in tax would indicate that the cost price would be around 4600 EUR.
Will be blocking the delivery and requesting a full refund as a result, very disappointed.

Awesome knives
These were add-ones to a set of Kamikoto knives I already own. Really the best knives you can buy for the price. Excellent workmanship, well balanced and super sharp. I’m a little nervous about sharpening with the sharpening stone but, I’ve been using the Kanpeki set for almost a year and they are still amazingly sharp.

the knifes did not hold the edge long enough like i used it four time very light weight metal i bought for giftsand now i don't think i will give them to anyone nice box and they are not cheap
