I have to phone Hailsham pharmacy every month to get a repeat script for controlled medication, have done this for a few years. But for past year or so my call is never ever answered under 15 mins,no matter what time of day and more frequently the call gets terminated at 16 mins and I have to start again. Becoming more frequent that I have to wait at least 30 to 40 mins before the phone is picked up. One time I stayed on the phone,got in the car and drove to the pharmacy. When I got there, still on phone, no customers in the shop and staff chatting, my call going unanswered!!! I was livid to say the least. Today I am writing this while waiting for someone to answer and I have been waiting for 32 mins with one termination as ' no-one available to take the call' !!?? Every single month I go through the same infuriating rigmarole.

Telephoned Kamsons re a flu jab and was advised that I could be given the jab as soon as I called in. Staff were really efficient and helpful. From phoning to receiving the jab took 15 mins. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thanks

I was given the wrong medication.
Instead of 200mg I was given 500mg and luckily I have been medication trained.
I was informed that there was going to be a investigation in to why I got the wrong medication but I have not heard anything back from them yet This is Kamsons Pharmacy Redhill

Complete balls up.Private covid jab (£88).Given by trainee who looked about 17.I think it may have been her first ever injection.She had clearly not been very well trained.She looked very nervous.Felt 2 or 3 needle pricks,then felt the liquid running down my arm.Was told that the needle had fallen off.Then confusion as to what to do next.The nurse rang a more senior pharmacist who recommended giving 2/3 of another covid injection.Quite a bit of bleeding from all the needle holes,so much so that the nurse asked if I was on blood thinners (I am not).Will not be returning there!

Excellent administration, appointment in time and pharmacist friendly and professional.

I was at the surgery already and happened to ask the pharmacist regarding flu jab. I was able to have my flu jab on the spot. Excellent service as always. They are a great team always friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy in Bolton Road in my opinion must be the best.always so helpful and nothing to much trouble I big thankyou to all the brilliant Staff

Both the team in-store and the delivery team are always friendly and very helpful. I must single out Steve for special recognition - it is thanks to Steve that I am “still here” …he was dropping off my prescription and encountered me having an episode. He stayed with me until the ambulance service arrived!!

UPDATE: So, Kamsons replied and asked about discussions and which branch I was referring to. And I answered. And now, all they've done is reiterated what the original pharmacist said, and what I myself said, that it was all NHS rules, etc etc ad infinitum.

So now, when they've posted a supposedly caring response hoping to discuss matters, what they've actually done is highlight to me what I consider their own hypocrisy, which I will not ignore, and that's why I've posted this update.

Luckily for me, I paid for a private vaccination at Tesco's. I jokingly wondered if the "discussion" Kamson wanted was to offer to pay for it, which of course was ignored.

Refused a covid jab - I know of two other people my age (under 75) with no health issues who received it from other pharmacies no problem. Kamsons stuck strictly to the guidelines. I have chronic fatigue, NHS diagnosed, I retired four years early with ill health, lived on savings - because no one in this country, not the pharmacies, and not the NHS, cares about chronic ill health. If you break a leg, fine. Feel awful all the time? You're fine, our tests tell us so!

Technically, Kamsons have done nothing wrong. But they could have done what other pharmacists did, they just chose not to. I'll never use them again. The pharmacist said, at the end of our interview, "OK?" No. Not okay. Very upset and distressed. I'm glad they didn't use it against me and also refuse me a flu jab, but that's the best I can say.

Review is about Kamsons Pharmacy Warlingham - although staff are generally polite and friendly -their IT system and provision and delivery of regular medication is often chaotic, constant changing staff giving different information and regular excuses about problems with suppliers instead of making sure of keeping regular stock of regular prescriptions. Local GPs have also acknowledged frustrations by other patients. This did not happen with the previous Lloyds pharmacy that they took over. Seems Kamsons have become too big and focusing on cutting corners for the sake of profit.Have already moved supplier for one family member and now consideing doing the same for another. Kamsons please get your act together at the HQ where all the systems and decisons being made - its shambles at times, at the local level.

Plenty of availability,able to park, staff were friendly and efficient and I didn't feel the injection at all. All in all a very positive experience.

Painless flu vaccination. Very pleasant lady. Deducted one star for long wait.

I was desperate to find a specific medication for my partner and had contacted dozens and dozens of pharmacies by phone and email. Kamsons were one of the few that responded. Ana in particular stayed in touch with me and sourced 3 lots of the medication we were so desperate for! It's this kind of customer service - above and beyond - that is SO rare these days. We were so touched by the care and attention to our needs that was paid by the staff and Ana especially. We cannot thank them enough and will always be grateful to them. If I could give 10 stars, then I would. Absolutely fantastic.
