Excellent communication, cooperative and quick answer by Pooya from reklamation team. Though I am not happy with sales experience as trusted verbal commitment from sales agent. On top of it, no answer from regional manager despite several follow up emails. All in all, if Escalation channels are not efficient or effective, please tell customers upfront their voice will never be heard again after selling car.

Pooya was the only person worth appreciation and an example of customer centric approach. Thanks a lot for his help.

My experience with Kamux was very positive, not without issues, but all were solved professionally by Max H. (Uppsala). First of all I'm not fluent in Swedish and Max communicated with me always in English. I got in contact with him when I was looking for a car (but still confused about the model which I identified after about 3 weeks). During this period Max was keeping periodical contact with me and contacted other Kamux showrooms that had these models. At the end the right car was found in south of Sweden but without vinter tyres, and Max was able to find them from another car (with original rims.. much appreciated). The car was delivered to the Kamux showroom present in the city where I live and Max drove here to finalize the contract. I really appreciated to deal with the same person for the whole process. Unluckily the car had 1 issues (that I was informed) and another one that was discovered when I drove it. Max was not aware of one of them and he immediately arranged the booking time for me to fix it in a workshop (without extra cost for me). Winter tyres were delivered, as promised, about 1 week after I got the car.
Next time I´ll change the car I will definitely contact Max first.

I was not given complete and accurate information. I had difficulty reaching the seller after the seller received the down payment for the car. My phone calls were not answered.

The car I purchased had a defect with AC system, Luckily I was advised to buy the Kamux Plus insurance when purchasing the car.
I was frustrated when AC was not working in Summer, reached out to Kamux plus for claim and they handled it professional, explaining me where to take the car and process. It took a month and my car is shining again.
Recommend After sales Insurance from Kamux.

I don't give you 5 stars, because I was very clear with the information that I wanted to buy a Peugeot e-208 model year 2023, because it have a Heat Pump that increased the range with 70Km.
The salesman should have informed me, that it was only valid from autumn of 2023 and is not on the car I bought. That information should have given to me, I am a bit disappointed by that

Salar was really great when I was looking to buy a new car! I inquired through the website and he reached out very quickly. He was very professional but also friendly and honest about everything. He was very responsive to all of my questions about many different cars, including sending extra pictures, videos and service records. I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you are looking to buy a car anywhere in Sweden as they can deliver from any location to your home.

Unfortunately I've commented too early. Now they have changed some parts but they don't accept to change the rest of the parts. My car is still not fixed and I paid Kamux Plus for no reason basically. Sorry to say but: NEVER AGAIN!

I contacted with Kamux after I got an engine error. Process was quite smooth and people were helpful. The fault is covered by Kamux Plus.

Professional and polite. It was pleasure to work with Kamux.

Sold the var with a bad summer tier and got a flat tire within one week with no compensation.

Better information about the selling, go 2 a real seller instead of this fake.
