The pair of boots I received from them appeared used. The tags were missing and there was an odd smell of perfume of some sort on the boots. And then there were store tags -stapled- to the bottom of the boots which was just sloppy and careless. When I contacted them about it, the first reaction was to tell me that the particular model didn't have tags coming with it, a rather strange response which was later counted as a misunderstanding. At any rate at least I was able to send them back.
