This is an inexpensive but effective tool to keep tasks at the forefront. It's easy to prioritize and categorize tasks, assign them to coworkers, and provide a running thread of updates. I've been using this daily for years, particularly the filter feature that sorts by overdue status, due this week, etc. The price can't be beat. I tried Monday, Asana, and the other popular shared boards and found them overcomplicated for my roles at various companies.

We are a nonprofit legal services provider and use Kanban as one of our case management tools. It is effective and easy. Our experience upgrading to the paid subscription was excellent. Customer support was responsive and helpful.

Kanban Tool is simple but great for organizing tasks. It is clean, not bloated with lots of buttons I won't be using. However, it is modular, having lots of usefull features I can turn on whenever I need.

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. But the most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far: you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do. Great feature!

I'm using Kanban-Tool also for personal Plannings (f.e. Holidays etc.).
Function Requests are also gladly received and processed by the support and development team.

Love the level of customization available, and how easy it was to set up my firs kanban board. Also appreciated that some of the bonus elements, like repeating tasks are not right in my face, but set aside as an option. Think this is why it's so easy to get started with the service.
