Had 5 different people ringing me to…
Had 5 different people ringing me to get me locked into a deal, then after sales nothing from them, had to ring garage myself and arrange delivery, with after sales still messaging me 3 days after I've got the vehicle saying someone will be in touch to arrange delivery lol, now I've an issue with car, they don't care that I'm now without a car saying we'll contact you within 48 hrs ( bearing in mind they still haven't called regarding me actually getting it) so I'm pretty downhearted about my whole experience with Kandoo, all the while still left me no vehicle so after receiving an email from Kandoo to ring and speak to a manager regarding my review, guess what, nobody there can speak to me it's actually laughable how badly this after sales team actually are, if I could give 0 stars it would get 0 stars update, it's now October 3rd and I've finally now got a working vehicle after 7/8 weeks of me chasing Kandoo and dealership , all down to me as apparently Kandoo have nobody higher than a after sales manager that can deal with complaints or issues, never ring back when your promised they will, so please anyone that is thinking of using Kandoo as a broker all I can say is KANDONT, original stance stands if I could give 0 stars I would

Having to organise the delivery yourself and then continuing to receive messages about arranging delivery after you'd already received the vehicle clearly added to that frustration.
We're especially concerned to hear that you're now without a vehicle and don't feel supported. We'd like the opportunity to review what's happened and help get this moving for you.

Wow! If I could give more stars I would. What a fantastic company.
Not only was the loan approved in a matter of 2 hours the staff are amazing! Jack went above and beyond and was extremely patient with me answering all my questions on the phone and through text messages and he replied so fast I have never known a company like it.
I also had the pleasure of speaking to other staff, Mark, Kiera and again they are friendly, professional and polite and nothing is too much trouble.
If you are looking for affordable car finance this is the place to go I would wholeheartedly recommend Kandoo car finance as it’s been the best company I have ever dealt with and as first time car finance customer these guys will have the patience and friendliness to get you the credit you need.
