The loyalty program is good and has…

The loyalty program is good and has many options, however it does not have very clear features on how we are performing, it is a bit difficult to understand the progress. Apart from the software, i would like to shoutout Mario, who has always been of great help since the beginning, he is always ready to assist us no matter how many times we request for guidance.

Kangaroo Rewards does not work with Heartland.

Kangaroo Rewards does not work with Heartland Retail software.
Be very careful with this company!!! Kangaroo Rewards does not work wity Heartland Retail. Kangaroo Rewards is clearly stating that this rewards software fully integrates with Heartland whereby it DOES NOT. I have been working with the owner Jessica Hiscock to resolve these issues and she has ghosted me and left us with a product that does not work properly after paying $2,000!!!! They have failed to refund us and continue to claim their software works when it clearly does not. Once I had proven that the interface was not bringing all sales/returns over to our financial software she ended up not responding to any of my emails. They KNOW this is a problem but yet continue to sell to Heartland POS users.

A Reliable and Effective Loyalty Solution for Our Restaurant

We have been using this program for about three years for our restaurant, and we are truly satisfied with our choice. Before implementing this system, managing customer information and tracking reward points was done manually, which was both time-consuming and prone to errors. After launching this program, the points management process became simple, accurate, and transparent, making it much easier for our team to register and manage customer rewards.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the improvement in customer relationship management. Having organized access to customer information has allowed us to build more targeted communication, and our customers feel more valued and appreciated. This has had a positive impact on customer return rates.

The system is user-friendly and easy to understand. Even after three years of continuous use, its performance has remained stable and reliable. Overall, it has been a very effective and practical tool for managing our loyalty program and increasing customer retention. We are fully satisfied with our experience.

Kangaroo has made a real impact

Kangaroo has made a real impact in our retail stores and online shop. Mario and their experts walked us through initial setup and we were up and running in a few hours. We're able to brand the application to match our organizational guidelines for a professional and well-integrated presentation. When needed, we always get quick, personalized response to questions and training on how to accomplish our campaigns. Our customers are happy to become loyal shoppers and are enjoying the rewards program.

I’ve had a great experience with…

I’ve had a great experience with Kangaroo over the past three years. The platform has been reliable, and their customer service has always been excellent I’ve never encountered any issues. If you’re considering a loyalty program for your business, Kangaroo is definitely one of the best platforms to choose.

Deceptive marketing practices

I recently received a call from Kangaroo Rewards, and was told by my receptionist that the caller insisted I had reached out to them—which is completely untrue. I never contacted this company. This kind of misrepresentation is not only dishonest but also incredibly off-putting. If your business relies on deceptive tactics just to get past a receptionist, it says a lot about your ethics. Based on this experience alone, I would not consider working with Kangaroo Rewards and cannot recommend them to others.
