I've had a very bad experience with this company. Do not order from them.

I ordered two pair of their Men’s Outdoor Shorts that are XL for a 37-38 men’s waist. I actually have a 36 waist. I received two pair of XL shorts that were labeled XL, but did not fit. They were more like a medium that was a 32 men's waist.

So I contacted customer support. I received a response two days later that told me I could donate the shorts to charity. Then, for $20 I could place a new order on the Kangoo site and they would ship me new shorts.

I paid $75.80 for the first pair of shorts. Now, they're suggesting I pay another $20 for two pairs of shorts that may not fit. That's a total of $95.80. This is a total scam, which leads me to believe that this company is dumping mis-sized product on the market. Yes, they pay shipping, but that cost is peanuts compared to their profit margin.

But wait! There's more. We continue to go back and forth on a refund. First it was 15%. When I refused, then it became 20%. Now, it's 30%. Obviously, they like to haggle. I don't. I want a full refund.

So please heed my warning. Do not buy from this Kangol, Kangoo, Kanoo, etc., etc. They seem to be going by two or more names, because they're a shady outfit.

Bought 2 different pairs the black camo options were S, M, L, & XL. I'm a 36" waist so I ordered the Large. They fit. The gray shorts sizing was different. The did offer a 35"-36" which totally would've been fine, so thats what I ordered. When they came, the tag said XL and of coarse they were too big. When I contacted them they would not admit their error. They wanted me to pay $15 to ship the gray ones back. They refused to make it right, and kept trying to get me to pay them more money. Literally the worst purchase experience ever! The black camo look really cool but they are uncomfortable as they're mostly made from a stiff nylon and very rough.

Bought 2 pairs of shorts, never received them. Countless attempts to contact them to no avail. They are scamming thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Wish we had read the feed backs already posted before we bought from these people. Goods not really as advertised. Tried to return was offered a 15% discount which we rejected. Finally got a 30% discount they wanted us to return goods to China at our expense so no returns policy it would appear!!! Don’t feel that they should be allowed to trade here if their after service is so bad.

Do not buy from this company. Product poor quality, nothing like the photograph. Promises 100% satisfaction will not refund. Stupidly sent items back (tracked and signed for) as determined to get a refund only to be told it was my duty to contact the Chinese logistic service! I need to write off this experience. With all this negative feedback the company should not be allowed to sell on Facebook.

Total Scam - Ordered the shorts and got cheap rubbish - like ordering a Gucci Bag and receiving an Asda Bag for Life. - Avoid at all costs. (did manage to get a good will full payment credit from Paypal however)

Truly awful. Bought a pair of shorts and they sent a completely different pair and then refused to swap them. Avoid them, they are selling cheap clothes with made up descriptions and their photos are completey false.

Seen product on Facebook like others have. Thinking they were Kangol i went ahead & ordered shorts. OMG when they came they were nothing like image on website, They were cheaply made & NOT true to uk sizes.
After contacting this company, they offered me a % off or if i sent them back it would be a full refund, If i sent them back it would have cost a fortune, so i escalated issue through PayPal to get a refund. They wasn't much use either. In the end we came to an agreement without paypals help i may add, so i kept the shorts & got half my money back, Time to sell them on. lol

I'm usually very careful about who I buy from, but I fell for this one - I'm just thankful that I used PayPal and didn't pass on my bank details. Had to push to get a delivery of 2 pairs of shorts, when they came one pair of shorts was not as I ordered. Quality is poor across the board. Apparently no link to Kangol. Had the usual offer of 15% if I kept them. Don't want to return them as I've a feeling they would say they never received them. At least a charity shop will benefit if I keep them! Avoid!

Same experience as many others, seen product on Facebook. Product received nothing like image on website, requested return/refund, offered 15%, but as seen in comments on FB, is refund never actually happens. Scam website, avoid at all cost!

Oddly, shopify.com seem quite happy to host these scammers!

Bought on Facebook (which I will never do again). Should have checked the reviews here before buying. This is a scam. Not really connected to Kangol. The shorts were different to the ones shown on-line. Complaining is pointless. Avoid!

KangolSport are Chinese scammers.....don't touch them or any other FB advertised companies with a barge pole.

A total scam! Paid top money for a pair of shorts that look like something from a charity shop! Don’t buy from them!! Be aware of adverts on Facebook!!

Sadly these are scammers. Trying to appear to be linked to Kangol. The shorts that arrive are not what they advertise. There is little.to no point chasing a refund. Chalk this up to experience and realise never buy from adverts on Facebook.

Very poor quality. Just dropshipping garbage. Nothing like the photos on their ads. Will pursue a claim via PayPal if I don’t receive a refund.

Like several others, ordered some shorts thinking this company was related to Kangol. They aren’t. They’re a front for a Chinese dropshipper. The shorts I received look nothing like the ones offered, are of inferior material and have an incredibly ugly logo on them that isn’t in the photos on their website. I am escalating my issue through PayPal to get a refund.

Absolute sham!
I ordered a pair of cargo shorts and received the wrong shorts, size and style. The offered 20% refund complaining they were trying to reduce their losses. I've now been told to return the item to China and await a refund!

This company is a disgrace. The goods that arrived were of a far inferior quality to the photos shown. I ordered two pairs of shorts and they arrived with a horrible transfer design that wasn’t shown in the photos.

Don’t go near this company!

I’ve looked into returning the goods, but I’d have to pay to send them to China at my own expense. Instead, they’ll be cut up into very expensive dust rags.

Very poor quality items. They look very little like the images on the site. I am about to kick off the returns process. I will update with how that goes. But please do not buy from this site, it is a complete scam and you will be wasting your money.

Items sent from China and are NOTHING like described or shown on the website. What they send is a very inferior product.
They ignore emails about cancelling and send items even when you request them not to.
And to top it all, I have to send the items back to China before they will refund?
This is clearly a front for some scammers.
