Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Whenever I asked them a question I received answers very promptly, and the driver kept in contact during the delivery. The whole process was very smooth.
Minor things were some of the forms I needed to fill out for customs were a little confusing, and it would be nice to be able to pay with credit/debit card rather than bank transfer, but everything went without a hitch.

Exceptional Service
I used Kangoru to move transport some of my family's possessions to German where we were relocating too. They provided an excellent service, answering my many tedious questions patiently. When it came to moving the possessions all went smoothly and far quicker than expected (they arrived two days after collection and that was only because I asked for it to take an extra day! They did all this for a far lower cost than any UK based company I got a quote from would have done.

A very relaxed move
A very relaxed move from Germany to Scotland. I was very happy with Kanguro and I recommend their service between the UK and Europe. They responded to any questions the same day and are competitively priced. I was kept up to date with pick up and delivery time during the move and both drivers (pick up and drop off) were friendly and efficient.

Moving from UK to Czech Republic
We were moving from UK to Czech Republic. Everything went smoothly, the driver came for the pick up as agreed, giving us a help with loading our goods. Excellent service, all arranged very quickly and accommodated my last minute changes without issue. Kept me updated on arrival times, and when the transport arrived the driver was fantastic in helping load and unloading. All of this at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service, from start to finish
Absolutely brilliant, cost effective service. From initial contact and quote to the safe transfer of our goods from UK to Spain, Kanguro were excellent. As it was our first time using a service like this, we had a few questions and we were guided all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Our driver, Adam, certainly knew how to pack the lorry securely. Thanks to all the team, highly recommended!

Good experience, recommended
Very good communication, fast in responding as well. A bit bumpy with the delivery, as the driver was pretty late. He also didn't help much unloading the goods and the support would have been welcome.

Everything went smoothly
Great service from Kanguro to move my household from London to Amsterdam. Interaction was easy and straightforward. The driver showed up on time on the day and was friendly and helpful. Delivered it the next day, just in time for our arrival. We felt in good hands and secure at all time, there were no issues whatsoever.

Relocation from UK to Germany
Kanguro helps me to transfer my stuffs and furniture from the UK to Germany. It takes only one day. Services was good, communication is clear and easy. Lucky my husband speak polish to the driver make it even easier. All my stuffs were transfer from one truck all the way to Germany, nothing missed or broken. Driver (Andrzej) was very nice and help us to organise all boxes in the truck. Katarzyna / Arkadiusz were very responsive to my questions and took care the operation very well.
