I recently bought the toothbrush. Just as everyone else, it took weeks and weeks to arrive. It was a piece of junk. My 10 lb pound dog had it starting to pulverize within minutes. Of course I took the stupid thing away from her. Obviously even though they falsely claim it’s non toxic and and FDA approved, I’m not stupid. I’m no letting my dog ingest rubber or plastic. That in no way is non toxic or FDA approved. I put a review on Fakebook that never made it to the site. Odd to think they would censor a post hmm? I was blocked from seeing reviews or comments. Don’t buy from Fakebook. Obviously they are in bed with China as that’s where the money is.

I wish I had read these other reviews before I ordered. It took 3 weeks to receive the KanineCare Dog Tooth Brush (from China). It is not as they claim in the advertising. Within minutes, my dog was chewing up and swallowing bits of plastic from the top so I can't let her have it. I tried calling the number on their website but "the phones lines were down." I sent an email and pictures to request a return as they tell you to do on the return page on July 2, today, July 9, still no response. The website says they will respond within one day. And guess what - the phone number has been removed from their website!! I sent another email today but have no confidence they will respond. If they do, I'll let you know. This cheaply made item cost $36!!!! I took a chance on them and now it appears I will be out that $36. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.
UPDATE: JULY 10 - I got an email from them today and they offered to replace it, not give a refund. I am sure the new one won't be any better. If it is, I'll let you know.

I waited over two months for the product to arrive. I was in contact with customer service and they kept telling me it was in transit and they could do so nothing until I received it. They finally sent me some tracking information but it was being sent from China and most of the information was in a different language. I asked for a refund multiple times. I was blocked from commenting on their Facebook ads. I have emailed many times and was sent the same cut and paste response when they did respond. Now no response when I ask for a refund. The product is cheap but since I am clearly not getting a refund I gave it to my dog. He ripped off the little green nubs in less then 5 minutes - I had to take it away from him. (He is not a heavy chewer and I received the green extreme chew.) So very upset and disappointed that this company scans people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I work with dog rescues and have told everyone to stay away. I hope somehow word gets out that this is NOT an American company and that customer service is beyond terrible. They are aware their “toothbrush” is junk and have no intention of providing refunds....

Woefully cheap product and abysmal customer service. Bought one of the teeth toys for my small dog and it broke within minutes. And my dog isn’t even a chewer! Cheap plastic from China. Doesn’t look the same as what’s advertised on the ads. Took five weeks to arrive. When I emailed them with photos to let them know their product was faulty and to request a refund, they told me they could only send a replacement and refunds aren’t issued unless the faulty product is returned unused and cannot be taken out of the plastic packet. How on earth are you supposed to know it’s defective when you haven’t even used it? Asked them this question and said I didn’t fancy waiting another 5+ weeks for a replacement when that one might be defective too. Radio silence. Sent another email. Nothing. Then another. Nothing! They’ve even blocked me from posting any feedback on Facebook. Can’t see any of the ads anymore either. They appear to be operating under a few different umbrella names. So appalled. Have lodged a dispute with my bank and reporting to the ACCC. Please if you’ve bought from them, do the same. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Worst company I have ever dealt with.

UPDATE: STILL NO DELIVERY. Package still LOST. KANINE CARE refuses to Give me a refund after they said they would when I gave them a bad review. It’s been 5 weeks and no delivery. Tracking info shows LOST for the last two weeks. They refuse to cancel my order and give my money back. They said I could return it when I got it. How can I return something that is LOST that I’m never going to get??? LY790159211CN This is my tracking number to verify. $60 wasted.

I will never buy from this company again. It's been a month since I ordered and still haven't received my product. I agree...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Chinese made junk probably.

Do not buy from this company. Still awaiting delivery..Over five weeks now and tracking shows item still sitting in a China airport somewhere. Who knows if that’s even true. Particularly annoyed as the add indicated item was coming from their Australian Outlet..Good con and I fell for it.

Horrible company. Shipping took too long. Request to return product. They want me to pay for shipping to China contacted MasterCard to refund money. Was denied once. Reopened complaint to have charges reversed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Spent a ton of money for junk. Everything apparently came from China. My dog (supervised) destroyed the toothbrush (heavy one) in under 10 minutes.
Don't waste your money.

Pathetic guys. Nearly 2 months and no sign of the product so far. Buyer beware. These are scamsters.

A total scam company. Paid $70.00 for the brush and toothpaste. I waited until my puppy lost all his puppy teeth before showing it to him and then it lasted for 10 minutes. I have been waiting since January for the refund that Bianca promised me.
It's funny how 95% of the reviews on Trustpilot are negative and all of the reviews on Kanine Care are 5 star. Wonder why???

It took two months for my order and then my dog chewed up the dog toothbrush in the 1st 30 minutes she had it. Total rip off!

It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and the company refuses to issue a refund. They blame it on the carrier and keep asking me to wait.

After 6 weeks of waiting and spending $36 Canadian, this product finally arrived. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Within 5 minutes our 10 month old 15 lb cockapoo had chewed bits off of it. Needless to say it went directly in the garbage!

IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE ZERO, I would give that rating! I had the same horrible experience and trusted the website which is all fake. It came up on my shipping as from China. It is dangerous and I am out money.

I agree with all the negative reviews. The product cannot be FDA approved. Our golden retriever ate half of the toothbrush within a hour of receiving it. We are hoping all the little plastic pieces pass without having a visit to the vet. He vomited up quite a bit of it so far. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Agree with other negative posts. The phone number is not in service, the order tracker does not update and still has not shipped FROM CHINA in a month. Will follow up on instagram. Too bad. Should have looked this up before I ordered.

Avoid this company at all costs! Kaninekare or Kaninecare. My order came through Kaninecare You will likely receive the product but they are not up to standard. My tiny dog had half destroyed his within minutes. I complained and was told I was banned if I posted images of the broken product and was blocked from even responding from them, terrible customer service and they obviously do not care of customers are unhappy. The product comes from China, which is not an issue as so many products so but this is an inferior product!!!

Company out of China but say they are in California. Over a month and got the two “ toothbrushes” I ordered. Will not be giving these cheaply made products to my dogs! They were supposed to come with beef flavored toothpaste but was not enclosed with the product.
