I absolutely love my new dress! Looks exactly like the picture and fits amazingly, it’s a high quality material and design. Definitely recommend Kaoa and will be purchasing from them again. (Only downside is the shipping price, I hope they offer a more affordable option in the future.)

Missing refund
I cannot recommend ordering from KAOÂ, even though I truly love their designs.
My return was not properly registered, which resulted in a missing refund. I have been trying to resolve this issue with customer service for weeks.
After returning my order, I received an automated confirmation listing the correct number of items as refunded. However, the actual refund was incomplete.
Customer service now claims that the original confirmation was incorrect due to a “technical limitation” of their system.
As a customer, I cannot verify internal system errors and must rely on the seller’s official confirmation. Unfortunately, this discrepancy has still not been resolved.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Avoid at all costs! Item was not received to my address and now are refusing to refund the amount for the dress and are arguing with me claiming it has been shipped (but can’t provide a signature or name of person who received the item which was required). Very unprofessional and from other reviews here I can see a lot of others have faced the same….

Overall, a very disappointing experience
The pictures on the website promise beautiful, high-quality dresses, so for prices between €200–€300 per piece I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the fabrics are nothing special and feel quite cheap. The “gold” accessories attached to the dresses are actually made of inexpensive plastic.
The sizing and fit are also very disappointing. The dresses are much larger than expected, poorly cut, and look nothing like they do in the photos on the website.
What makes the experience even worse is the return process. Customers have to pay for returns themselves, and shipping from Austria back to Portugal costs between €22 and €60. I ordered three dresses worth more than €600 and now have to send everything back at a high cost.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I messaged them on WhatsApp and response time was very quick. I ordered the dress on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday in Belgium, I wasn’t expecting it to be so fast. The dress itself is exquisite, the colour exactly as on the pictures, and you can tell it’s good quality material and that it has been well made. I took a size small and my measurements are bust=88, waist=71, hips=96, I’m 172cm and 63kg and it fits like it was made for me (with small heels I won’t have to make any alterations). I will definitely order from them again.

Disappointed with the quality not worth the price
I ordered the Black Oversized Textured Bomber (100% Polyester/Polyurethane) and unfortunately, the item I received is far from what was advertised.
The promotional photos and product description are extremely misleading. The quality is shockingly poor — the finishes are sloppy, and for a jacket in this price range, the absence of a lining is simply unacceptable. A bomber jacket without lining? It feels more like a cheap shell than a proper outerwear piece.
Overall, I’m deeply disappointed. The product does not match the expectations set by the brand’s marketing and certainly does not justify the price. Would not recommend.
