We were so disappointed, dont know where to start... when we arrived we noticed a stale smell so opened up thevwindiws and sprayed the rooms. The kitchen floor was cracked and had tape on them which was coming off, the tiles in that area were all loose and didnt feel safecatcall.

The sofa was full of stains, only 2 dining chairs one of which was unusable as the leg was damaged. Hot tub had floaters in it and only 1 bath and 1 hand towel priveded for 2cafukts. We brought our own towels luckily.

Crockery was dirty. The place felt in general neglected and unclean.

Bed was really uncomfortable so hard and lumpy. We hardly slept and had backache the next day.

Couldnt wait to leave the next day, back home to a clean house and comfy bed. Basic principles but on a high price for £200 a night. Birthday ruined, so was my back.

Very disappointed as photos looked lovely on the website. Won't be returning.

Great place to stay. Lovely clean lodge in a beautiful setting and well equipped.

The hot tub is a bonus and the added Prossecco and chocolates went down a treat.

Plenty of local restaurants and takeaways in the area that deliver directly to your lodge too!

Will definitely return.

We stayed in Wren 5 and there was mould on the ceilings, slime in the hot tub, wallpaper pealing off and the kitchen cupboards were falling apart. I have photos that I took and sent to management but nobody has bothered to get in touch. There was only one mug in the property so we had to take it in turns to have a coffee. The smell of damp hits you immediately when you walk in to the property. The heating was intermittent and wouldn't always work. We would put the heating on and within 20 minutes it would switch itself off again. We paid £350 for two nights and I do not feel it is worth anywhere near that considering the conditions. I am still waiting to hear back from management in relation to my complaint but it seems they don't have the time. Avoid avoid avoid!
