If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting a super long time, I spoke to a person who said I would need to email the bank manager. I did so and never heard back. I live in California and thank goodness I have very little pesos left in the bank. I don't think I will ever be able to get it back.
HORRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE, when you need something you either have to call them which isnt an option when you are outside of the country or use their terrible chat support where you have to talk with AI, if you want to talk with a real person you have to wait a long time and then they dont even fix your problem or do not care enough to help. would not recommend using it honestly just use ABB way better than Kapital
There is no IT at this bank. On-line banking means go to the branch. Takes 5 business days to do ACH funds transfer. INCOMPETENT. They limit amount of cash you can withdraw because they don't have cash/money!^#$?! on hand!
The mobile app will not allow meto transfer money.. I am so ready to transfer all my money out of that bank.. I did get a hold of someone.They were very nice.They said it was fixed.It worked one time and wouldn't work again.. It's very frustrating to be in another country and not being able to get money out.. I am frustrated with its bank to no end.
It looks like Kapital Bank has decided to create a monopoly so that people don’t order from AliExpress.
The bank refused to return the withheld VAT in the amount of 33 dollars due to an error in the banking system, I provided all the documents that were there, but due to the fact that there is no invoice form on the AliExpress platform, the bank said there are not enough documents. Although in the bank's own report the payment went through as an ELECTRONICS product, and they say that this is a SERVICE!
