I feel like I was scammed
I feel like I was scammed. The website displayed a price including VAT, but because the order was shipped to Poland, I had to pay VAT again. The original price was supposedly reduced by the VAT amount at checkout, but in the end, it seems I was charged VAT twice. This cost me over €20 extra.

You did not provide full service while I paid in full to get the study text and exam kits in PDF as you promised on your website. I am not happy with this service, and it is not satisfactorily completed. I have asked for a full refund, and now you just took the money and are giving me a hard time in returning what I paid. Although I preferred to deal with Kaplan instead of BPP, noting that this is the 1st time I ordered and dealt with Kaplan, this will be my last time.

1 star. Bought both the exam kit and study text for Audit and Assurance, invoice dated 29 May 2026. Got online access to the exam kit fine, but still no access to the study text. That’s 46 days and counting as I write this.
Emailed customer service more than once. Every time it’s the same reply, they’ve “chased it up” for me. Nothing actually gets fixed, just the same copy paste response.
I’ve bought plenty of books from Kaplan before. It’s frustrating to be ignored now of all times, when I’m studying for this exam under a time limit, not an unlimited amount of time to wait around for them to do their job. Now on top of studying I’m wasting time writing emails and reviews just to get something I already paid for.
Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have spare hours to spend chasing them for basic access.

Ridiculous DRM
Ridiculous DRM (anti-piracy measures). Believe it or not, Kaplan, I do not want to make copies or distribute your study materials, I just want to be able to use the product I PAID FOR to pass an exam then delete without being forced to use Bibliu - you say you can make annotations which is a lie - you cannot make any changes what so ever except highlight.

I would recommend Kaplan 100%, I studied with them for 3 years and I received amazing support. Vicky Knight, the progression advisor was brilliant and supportive. The team in the exam centre were so helpful and supportive. I have now completed my course. If I study again, I will definitely go back to Kaplan.
