Kappa crew is not a company, it’s a scam. Waited over two years for a swimsuit that never came and customer service fully ignoring any sort of contact. The scam is run by two aussie chicks and are based in Indonesia.

My son went onto the site www.kappa, placed his order only to receive a crappy cartier watch. They took the money immediately and even provided a tracker but claim they can't compensate. They will provide a 20% discount to my friends, how do we get this website shut down?

Hi, I placed my order several months ago and I still haven't received it, nor any update about it.

Ordered a swimsuit for a promotion and never received the product. Reached out to customer support, no answer.

I've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks and still don't have any tracking number or info on my order.
I wrote an email and no response.

I just sent an email describing my bad experience.
I was contacted by them to become ambassadors of their products to have been paid nothing came to me and they do not answer me on ig or by email

I received a dm on Instagram back in March asking me to promote the brand. I was obviously thrilled because their swimsuits are gorgeous! I was asked to pay $20 for shipping for each swimsuit, which I thought was a little high for shipping, but I just assumed it was international. All other charges were to be covered by Kappa. It is now almost July and I have not received either swimsuit I ordered. I reached out to the recruiter who originally dm’d me and she asked me to be patient, my packages were on the way, but I have yet to even receive tracking.

This is a SCAM! I feel for it, too. I ordered a suit after they contacted me with a discount code. Their website is legit amd the contact person actually will still talk to me even today when I ask about it. She just says they are processing it....STILL! I'm so angry at myself and I do not want they to make one more dollar. Their normal IG page has 354K followers....HOW?

I ordered a month ago and I’m also an ambassador for their team. I still haven’t received my order… i asked two times for any kind of status on my order and nothing.

I made an order in April,2021. In September, 2021 I wrote an email complaining about the delay on my order, they assured me that my order was on its way. Today it’s June 2022 and I still haven’t received my order. I wrote to costumer service two weeks ago, no answer yet. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

I just became a brand ambassador for this wonderful company and I truly enjoyed conversing with Zarah-Lee! Zara-Lee was so kind, respectful and very supportive! Zara explained everything to me, the process, the benefits, and most of all welcoming me to this beautiful community. I cannot wait to make happy memories Under the Sun on the beach.
