It was delivered at the perfect time….

It was delivered at the perfect timing,and the goods were in perfect condition & shape too,when i was worried about receiving it beforehand the staff were very friendly to talk to(through phone)

Great service

So much friendly service. The delivery was perfectly on time. The food delivery was not available to my delivery address and Kapruka staff arranged that to be delivered with some adjustments. I really appreciate that. So convenient.. great service..and so much of options to gift..Thank you for supporting me to make my mom happy on her birthday.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service. I order at 12:30 am in the morning and it was delivered same day 10:00 am in the morning. Never experienced this much good service in Sri Lanka

Last-Minute Changes Ruined My Experience

I ordered a birthday cake and the Purple Rain Serenade Bouquet for my wife’s birthday. The order was placed on 30 December for delivery on 7 January, well in advance.
However, just one day before the delivery date, Kapruka contacted me via WhatsApp saying the bouquet could not be arranged and suggested alternatives. I don’t understand why such last-minute changes happen when the order was confirmed a week earlier.
This experience was very frustrating. You simply cannot rely on Kapruka for important occasions when you want to send something special to loved ones back home.

Misleading listings and exremely poor customer complaint handling

Purchased some posters advertised as "vintage". What was delivered were reproductions. Contacted customer service, who refused to even acknowledge that they were misleading customers with their listings. I have been using the services of Kapruka since 2004, but this bad experience and complete lack of care for their customer will put a stop to my patronage. The customer service people there (Harsha Jayawardene and Mahesha Jayasena) need a lesson in marketing.
