I bought a 100ml bottle of Eau de Amber, I enjoy the scent, but the spray stopped working with a third left in the bottle.
I contacted them but never received a response.
I will NOT be buying Karaama again.
Its a shame to have an excellent product not supported by quality control nor a customer service department.

Amazing customer service . Knowledgeable and professional , helped encourage us to buy without being too pushy . Really happy with the perfume and beautiful packaging .

Just recieved the new perfume from them .i got the very first bottle it smells fantasic .Abs AL ' OUD .also Abs isa great guy always helpful never rushes

Smell is amazing and lasts all day. I won’t let my husband wear any other aftershave now and it’s half the price of Creed and the bottle looks amazing

The bottle cap of my Haani eau de parfum broke into two pieces. I contacted support who then sent me a replacement, however, when the new cap arrived, it had lotion or something inside it. Assuming this was done to prevent it from getting stuck to the nozzle, but it just made it greasy. My expectations were higher than lubricating the lid considering the price tag of the products. It’s very disappointing as a returning customer, I would not recommend as a gift for anyone or yourself, as even the longevity isn’t as good as it used to be.

The scent was decent, but longevity wasn't the best.

Also, they keep sending me spam mail which prompted me to review them.

Oh my days, absolutely stunning perfume. I got Haani from Stratford, the smell lasts and it’s soo lovely. Also got the handsoap Royal oud, again absolutely beautiful. Will defo be back to buy more

What I love:

- It actually lasts – we're talking 12+ hours of noticeable (but never overpowering) scent

- The way it subtly changes throughout the day keeps it interesting

- That moment when someone catches a whiff and does that little head-turn thing

I've worn it to dates, to the office, even to a sweaty outdoor wedding – it never quits on me. And can we talk about the bottle? It looks expensive sitting on my dressier (because it is, but we don't need to tell my wallet that).

The only "problem"? Now all my other perfumes feel like glorified body spray. Once you go Karaama...

Despite spending a considerable amount of time with me, Abs remained friendly, enthusiastic, and never showed the slightest sign of impatience. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and his passion for helping customers was evident in every interaction.

The quality of the perfumes at Karaama is truly outstanding. The scents are unique, long-lasting, and have a refined complexity that sets them apart from many other brands. It’s clear that a great deal of care and expertise goes into creating each fragrance, making Karaama Perfumes a brand that deserves far more recognition.

Mediocre product with appaling customer service. I got told that I was not used to buying a product of there quality and to stick to eBay as it was out of my league. This can be seen on there own Facebook page. My crime? Suggesting they don't auto play audio on there website and saying it needs updating.

Product ok - v expensive but distaster when it comes to customer service,
Too arrogant and rude for my liking - and probably yours.
A call to 'customer service' gets you through to some bloke on a mobile - and it goes down hill from there.
Avoid.
