Overall service and the diamond tennis bracelet was outstanding. I purchased a stunning 4.5 carat diamond bracelet for my wife. It truly sparkles and the clasp is very secure. I researched over 8 hours for two days on the internet checking reviews and prices for dozens of companies. I found several recommendations for Karaters on diamond forums. I emailed Karaters with some questions, and Joe the owner called me and he was able to create a custom order for us at a great price.
