I did not become aware of the damage to the sofa until several weeks later. The sofa was sitting in my apartment at the exact location and in a box it was delivered in, as the delivery people dropped it off. You are 100% at fault here and refusing to take responsibility. Please send a repair person to take care of it and cover the costs. Your terms with your vendors have nothing to do with me, I trusted your company to do the right thing and deliver what you promised. It was an expensive sofa and it arrived damaged. That is just not acceptable, whether I was able to detect the damage in 24h or later.

I haven't received my couch yet
I haven't received my couch yet, so I'm unable to review their actual products. However, I can write an essay about how this company's customer service is run. They told me that the wrong couch sent to the shipping company a week after they said we would get it. I called their customer service about 5 times since then. Each person promised a call back which was never happened. I just called again and they still dont have an ETA on the couch. I am convinced that this couch is going to take 4 months to get here.
I haven't received any news on whats going on. This furniture is not cheap, so if you are thinking of purchasing from this company, I would advise thinking again.

Absolute Nightmare
I don't like writing negative reviews, but I'm at my wits' end. Buying from Kardiel has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. First they sent us the wrong color couch, then they sent us the wrong part of the couch to replace the first shipment. It's been well over a month since our couch was supposed to arrive and in that time I've spent hours and hours on the phone and email trying to get this sorted out. Not only can they not get us the right couch, they STILL haven't gotten the wrong couch out of our apartment (which is still in the box because it has to be returned). it's been a massive headache, we don't have a couch, our living room is filled with a huge box they can't seem to get out of here, they've sent us the wrong thing twice, and I've wasted my time dealing with it (albeit with a very friendly service associate)... and they offered us $100 off for our trouble (but I had to ask for it), then upped it to a whopping $200 off when I asked if $100 seemed fair for all this. If you have any choice, go with someone else.

Misrepresentation - Impossible to return
Terrible company, terrible products, terrible customer service.
Company is grossly misrepresenting their products online. We purchased a couch that was light grey "white, and turned out to be dark lilac/purple. Kardiel claimed that "Colors can not only vary from different lighting but can also vary from monitor to monitor. I work on two monitors and the same image on one is blue while the other is green." Which is totally ridiculous given the difference.
Company wanted to charge us $600 for the return as opposed to the $87 original shipping fee. "To address your shipping cost concern, although we charge $87 for shipping a large item, the actual shipping cost for a sectional ranges from $250 - $600 on average. " Their return policy is a misleading and trapping the customers with misrepresented furniture.
They offered me that I pay for the shipping back and if the colors varies by 15% they would refund me, but refused to tell me how colors are measured.
They ignore my emails and messages. They only reply that they can send me "swatches" which does not resolve issues.
Edit to add:
Kardiel has answered to this review with their typical Kafkaesque blurr. They answered I have received swatches. However, the issue is again that the couch on their website is light grey and I have a purple couch in my hands. They still haven't answered how they will quantify the colors and still want to charge me for shipping.

No couch & no word on where or when
I purchase furniture for work in commercial/residential spaces that need a little refresh. have ordered here previously, and had a good experience. I thought the items looked high end for the price (they are knockoffs). I will say that the shipping company Allegro is hard to deal with. I ordered for the 2nd time 03/09: 4 chairs, and a couch with ottoman. Chairs were supposed to be in stock mid March, I received a ship notice 04/02, but didn't arrive until June. I'm sure they'll blame COVID, but they could give more realistic timelines. When the chairs arrived 06/10, the couch was missing. I called & they said it got messed up, it wasn't the delivery companies fault. They said it was getting re-made? Now it's more than another month, no update & no couch but of course our money is gone! AVOID.

Very poor quality at very high prices
I bought the blue egg chair (around $900 - not cheap) and very much regret it. Kardiel obviously does not bother to do any quality control.
One of the wings has only about half of the filling that the other side has, and it is out of place (it is much lower down than the other side). And because it's a head height, this is very, very visible.
Ikea/Wayfair/etc has better quality products are a quarter of the cost. In other words, you're getting really poor quality and very high prices with Kardiel. So it's a waste of a lot of money.
Worse, when their staff reached out to me after I posted my review, they told me to use my hair-dryer on it to rectify the problem. Seriously?
I'm staying away from Kardiel in future.
*UPDATE (as of Sept 7, '22)*
I posted the review above on June 5, 2021. Today (Sept 7, 2022) - 1 year and 3 months later - Kardiel responds with a hilarious answer: "It is common for the foam to compress in the box during shipping, and often times a little heat will allow it to bounce back into place."
Hilarious! Because obviously this is bunkum. Indeed, I emailed them directly at the time about this, and they (Shayna) gave me the same hilarious answer - to which I told them that nope, their magical-thinking to 'apply a little heat from a hairdryer' did precisely nothing.
So a year, 3 months later, I still have the same problem as per above: that's because this chair was very poorly made, with no quality control, and so no-one bothered to notice that it simply was not stuffed properly, with the stuffing in the wrong place.
So as per my review one year, 3 months ago, I say the same thing: avoid this manufacturer and retailer, because Ikea is better quality. Oh, and Ikea is also a lot cheaper.
And just to prove that this review is real, my order number was 640787.

Product is not what it says it is.
I received my Boho Wicker 71" Media Cabinet, Natural Oak, however the product is incorrect. The color does not match at all, it says it is Ash on the product box and is too white/yellow and not natural oak. The dimensions of the packing slip is also incorrect.

I ordered a chair on January 23rd
I ordered a chair on January 23rd. I was told after I ordered it that it was no longer in stock and that it would be arriving later than promised. I was initially told that it was in stock and would be available and should be delivered in early March. I got no update from the company about this delay. I called myself because I was expecting my chair. I am now being told that it may be mid May before my chair get to me. That is 31/2 months of waiting. This chair better be something really special. I did contact customer service and was told that someone would get back in touch with me. I asked them for a discount due to my ridiculous waiting period. I was told that because I had used the 100 dollar coupon provided at checkout that I could not get any other credit. I persisted and was able to get another 10% off. I think more could be done. I love the looks of the chair and hope that I will not be disappointed in the comfort and quality. It is unacceptable to have to wait this long for delivery. I give 2 stars solely due to the fact that I did get a bit more of a discount.

I ordered a sofa from Kardiel
I ordered a sofa from Kardiel. On the website and in ads all over the internet they say free shipping and give a date of 10-14 weeks for delivery. When I ordered it, shipping showed up as $87. I was told that the free shipping deal had ended. Problem is that they still advertise with free shipping - scam 1. Scam 2 is that hours after ordering the sofa I was sent an email telling me that it would be 20-24 weeks. But they still have 10-14 weeks on their website. Kardiel appears to be just another dishonest company. So I've got $1000s of dollars sitting in a Kardiel bank account for 5 months - this is just so wrong. This will go to 1 star if they pull more of their BS. It will go way up if they remedy the situation.
Update: I got a refund for my shipping - thank you Kardiel. Moved up to a 3 star rating and will move to 5 star if they get my sofa to me by the original 10-14 week time frame.

Isamu 83" Media Cabinet REVIEW
Just bought the Isamu 83" media cabinet. Beautiful piece but the quality is extremely disappointing. It showed up with 4 minor scratches on the top of the console and now I know why. I have a soundbar on the console and slid it over yesterday to change the HDMI cable and now there's another scratch. The soundbar has rubber legs so this shouldn't of happened. I'm seriously scared to sit anything on top of it for fear of scratching it. I have an Ikea nightstand that I bought 5 years ago that cost $50 that doesn't have a scratch on it. Kardiel is sending me a wood touch up repair kit. You will need this if you order this item. The piece looks great but I wouldn't order again from this company due to workmanship. I know they have a return policy but I'd have to pay $200 to re-box a 190 lb item. I didn't keep the original box because I thought the minor scratches could be touched up. I didn't know at the time that the item would scratch so easily and that this would be an issue. Keep the box on this item for a long time until you know for sure you're going to keep it. For $1,732 including delivery I expected more.

Pretty good customer service; dissatisfying overall experience
I purchased a sofa from Kardiel and requested/paid for in-house delivery due to living in walk-up apartment (1 floor). Kardiel CS promptly notified me that in-house delivery would not be available in my location and refunded me for the charge. Totally fine.
I read through all of the documentation and instructions about delivery, including the instruction to wait for the local delivery company to contact me. They never did, so I used the tracking info to schedule an appointment online. I received confirmation details and returned to the site to verify that my appointment info was still there. At this point, I contracted and paid for someone to help me bring the sofa into the apartment.
Delivery company never arrived AND never contacted me.
After spending hours on the phone with trucking company, the local trucking contractor, and Kardiel, I learned that the delivery was not going to happen because the larger trucking company never received the local company's response that they can't support in-house delivery. No one took the initiative to contact me, and I was out $175 to the helper.
I then managed to get the contact info for the local trucking contractor, with some support from Kardiel, but rescheduled the delivery and the helper for the following week. Kardiel CS indicated that they would submit a request for me to get 15% returned, but I never heard back at all.
I'm out $350 to the helper, as well as the frustration of dealing with this preventable situation, and the hours spent on hold waiting for each of these parties. If I had known that so many companies would be involved and it would be SO DIFFICULT to track the delivery of the appointment, I would not have ordered from this company.
Kardiel CS was very kind and prompt prior to the delivery, but due to the difficulty of this delivery and the lack of follow-up as promised, I would NOT order from them again.

Thank you, Kardiel. I purchased a Jackie MCM Armchair. I never leave reviews, except for maybe a couple of times because of really bad service or quality. I'm leaving this one because I am so excited about this chair. I have just under 1000 square feet to work with and now owning this chair, I'm more than willing to make the accommodation for its size. A quality piece of furniture. Shipping and delivery was flawless. Lots of bad reviews. I'm glad I took a chance.
Poor quality
Product was not the quality I was expecting for the price point. I purchased the Asher dining table and despite triple checking the tightness of all screws, the table was not sturdy - to the point where I would put my laptop on it and type and the whole thing would shake back and forth. Seemed to be a design flaw in the way the legs attach to the table top. I loved the table so I contacted customer service to see if there was a solution. I was told that because this was a lightweight table some wobbling was normal. What?? This is 50+ LB solid oak table that cost almost $1000. I've had sturdier furniture from the discount store. The table ultimately went back, which was a huge disappointment. The return process was relatively painless so I'm adding a star for that. While the furniture certainly looks beautiful I wouldn't risk another purchase from Kardiel based on this experience.

Poor Quality
The purchase process was easy enough. Delivery came about 4 days later than the original expected date which is not that bad either.
The issue is the quality of the construction of the sofa and false and misleading product statements on their website ( I will be following up on this forthwith).
Sofa & Ottoman
Design is excellent
Boucle Fabric seems to be good quality (see how it wears over time)
Construction is poor: The sofa frame wobbles when you have it on its side (should be rigid with no movement). This is due to poor construction, in addition to ASH, there is also pine and plywood in the frame. The entire thing is stapled (brad nails) together with no evidence of glue. Cheap webbing is used in the suspension, customer service has been made aware and has not responded since that communication. The fabric on the underside (cambric cover) was also ripped on the ottoman and sofa. The ottoman has a zippered cover to retrieve the "feet" and that it's also poor construction. The crown on one sofa "cushion" is also not right.
Misleading /False Statements: "Metal coil suspension enhances comfort and resists sagging". A cheap webbing (there are better) is used to support the entire seat area. There is no coil in this sofa.
It wasn't the most expensive sofa in the world so you (ALMOST) get what you pay for. I was misled that is the first issue. I would not have purchased a sofa with webbing as I was looking for something a bit better in quality as a holdover until I move. Comparable sofas are in the $900-$1200 range.
Overpriced for what it is. Won't last more than a few years in a normal household and especially with pets.

I was skeptical of ordering from Kardiel at first based on these reviews. However, I just received the womb chair and ottoman I ordered. It arrived very well packed. They really took care to wrap the legs and delicate parts of the chair really well, I was very impressed. The chair itself is quite nice and really resembles the original womb chair. I did not buy the boucle fabric, so the fabric on my chair is just the tiniest bit itchy. But otherwise I am very happy with the chair. It took like 2 weeks to arrive, but we were not in a rush. The whole thing was very easy and I am really happy so far with the purchase. Have been working on my chair all day!
Came damaged on corner. UPDATE: replaced free of charge.

I’ve been in contact with Kardiel and they have been very responsive. They are shipping out a replacement for the sectional this Saturday.
Final Review
I’ve updated my 3 star to 5. I love this couch. It came damaged and Kardiel replaced the damaged piece ( after 5 days of ownership) no question asked. No shipping costs or repacking fees. I live in the seattle area and was considered a “local” delivery so that may have to do with the no cost situation. Regardless, I’m very happy and excited for this new sectional.
First off. I love this Woodrow sectional. I ordered it in the moss green and it’s beautiful. But, it came damaged. The corner of the sectional has been crushed slightly. I immediately reported it and I’m on day 2 of owning this and the current offer from them is a $200 refund and some wood repair kit.... a $3000 sectional.... tonight I had some friends over to pick up a package and the dented corner was the first thing they noticed. So yea. I want an exchange. I’m not a wood worker and will not be attempting that.
