We recently bought our sofa from Karl’s Furniture. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their advice and guidance made choosing the right sofa so much easier, and we really appreciated the time they took to answer all our questions.

A big thank you to all the staff for your professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. The delivery lads were fantastic too. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend Karl’s Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

Suit got delivered but had very small amount of damage ( not karls fault),got back onto karl and he couldn't do enough for us to help fix it,got it fixed with no hassel or fuss,I would definitely recommend to buy from them and will definitely buy from them again in the future

We had an excellent experience with Karl’s Furniture. Their service was outstanding— they truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. We urgently needed a bed, and although the one we wanted would take two weeks to arrive, they kindly lent us a bed base in the meantime. I was really impressed by their thoughtful and accommodating approach. Highly recommend.

Service above and beyond. I cannot recommend this furniture shop enough. We had just moved from overseas and after a failed sofa delivery from another company we were desperate for a sofa so we could move into our house. Philomena was very helpful and Karl himself when I went into the shop could not have been kinder and said they would find me a quick solution - even if they had to lend me something whilst I waited for delivery. That wasn't necessary and I was sorted out in no time. Post sale communication and delivery was 10 out of 10 also.

I bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa from Karl’s Furniture and was very disappointed with it on delivery. I went back to the shop, and from first verbalising my complaint I felt they listened, treated me with respect and courtesy and showed a willingness to help solve the issue. Karl I found to be a very decent honest businessman with the interest of his customers at heart. Jennifer who was our main contact, always true to her word when she said she’d ring, she did and I always felt she was genuinely interested in helping to solve the problem. So a very sincere thank you from a very happy customer.

I travelled from Kildare to get a unit I’d seen on line, I was served by a lovely lady called Donna. Her customer service was the best I have received, she was so genuine, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store and would most certainly deal with Donna again. Delighted with my purchase.

Excellent customer service, competitive pricing, delivery was excellent, 2 lads delivered and assembled sofa's, they helped me move the furniture around and moved the sofa's we originally had to another room. I recommend them 100%, delivery lads were brilliant hard working local lads,
