The fox that nightly enters my back garden left his scent everywhere after using the product. He must have viewed the citronella smell as the scent of another animal . It didn’t work.

The product was delivered on time and with care.

Not great , won't order this again . .sprayed and I'm sure they were doing the backstroke .. its more watered down than others , shame the price wasn't ...

I've been using their products for a couple of years and they work really well. This is the first time I've bought directly from them, and the process was so smooth that I'll be cutting out the middle man again!

Delivered in a timely manner and the product seems to be working. No spiders so far.

I don't know what to say. I've used Karlsten a few times, but I still have bedbugs. I've seen it running in liquid.

When my order got complicated due to wrongly inputting my Shipping Address different & emailing from the wrong address not associated with my account 'Ryan' in customer services was excellent in sorting out the muddle. I was under a lot of stress & don't usually make those mistakes. I learned it's best to order mid-week for next day delivery too but despite the order coming in two different shipments I believe they did their best to help. They even rearranged the second shipment to arrive when I would be in. For a single person doing shift work fearful of giant house spiders I cannot rate the customer service higher. Really pleased new customer, thank you.

Service is good but the mole repellent does not work.

After spraying more than 3L of your liquid I can still see spiders in my house and it's just been 2 days of spray.

I like the company and the service. the product i purchased, i don't reeeallly rate though. it doesn't have the range they state. But, good luck to you.

On time appropriately packaged

Great product, which finally helped me with the infestation of fleas.

The contents of the fox deterrent simply does not work; I followed the instructions and spread the granules round and it was only enough for one spread over a VERY small garden - and that night the fox dug a great big hole in the usual place! A waste of £18.99 and I would like my money back

First time application to the roof stopped all pigeons for 24 hours! Then a couple of die hard pigeons landed on ridge after that where no bird spray applied. Completely shocked at the impact especially as during first 24 hours pigeons lined up away from the garden completely on telephone cable
40 feet away from entire garden.
Just to add ordered one morning & spray delivered next day! Most impressive service. Also, I shook the bottle first before spraying to activate the ingredients and in my case seems to have made a difference. Also, I would recommend applying when weather conditions are dry & rain is not imminent & not a single spray shot, but 2 or 3 criss cross spray actions per area.
