The worst company ever

I am writing this with a broken heart.
We came to Karma Ayurveda because my daughter was seriously ill, and like any parent, I was desperate to help her. We were given hope — hope that her kidneys would improve, hope that dialysis or transplant could be avoided, and hope that if the treatment didn’t work, a refund would be honored.
None of that happened.
We spent a large amount of money, trusted their words, followed their instructions, and waited… while my daughter’s condition did not improve. When it became clear that their treatment was not helping, communication became difficult and promises disappeared. The so‑called guarantees meant nothing.
Now, after everything — after the stress, fear, emotional pain, and financial loss — my daughter has to undergo a kidney transplant anyway. I'm so happy I can donate one of my kidneys to her.
What hurts the most is not just the money. It’s the false hope. When a company makes big claims to families dealing with life‑threatening illness, they are playing with emotions that no parent should ever have to relive. We lost precious time believing in something that did not help.
In my personal experience, this felt misleading and deeply unfair. I regret trusting Karma Ayurveda, and I regret not listening to the warnings I later found from other patients.
If you are reading this and your loved one is seriously ill, please — be very careful. Ask hard questions. Read independent reviews. And do not rely on promises that cannot be guaranteed.
I would never recommend this place to any family facing a serious medical condition.

Again, this is the worst company ever. Don't believe anything they say. My daughter has to get a kidney transplant after dealing with them. SCAM!!! They have not refunded my money at all. Please be careful and don't listen to their LIES!!

Karma Ayurveda - Greedy & life endangering

Very disastrous experience, almost fatal experience, with Dr.Puneet Dhawan of KARMA AYURVEDA, from January 2025 to October 2025 where he charged us US$ 11,400 for renal therapies including a $8600 for the so-called renal rejuvenation therapy which had severe lead contamination. Dr.Puneet & his colleague, Dr.Sharma, gave us money back guarantee that they only used the best herbs from around the world and there was no lead or mercury. We trusted him. Between Feb '25 & Oct '25 my wife tried his therapies and found her condition deteriorating very rapidly. She could walk two hours easily and over the months using his therapies, she got severely anemic, had severe headaches and had ringing ears. Her oxygen level fell to 60 which is life threatening. We had to call ambulance and paramedics and she was taken to the hospital where she stayed for one week. During this period, blood lead test showed lead poisoning! I contacted Dr.Puneet several times but he hasn't responded yet (January 2026). The dietician in the team, Harpeet Singh, had some decency to respond to me & he apologized, although it wasn't his fault. I demanded an apology & my money back from Dr.Puneet, but in vain. Dr.Puneet let me down in front of my children who were very apprehensive of Ayurvedic medication from the start but I relentlessly defended Dr.Puneet and his treatment, he let himself down in front of me & he also let down Ayurvedic line of medicine which is supposed to be noble. I've never been scammed like this in my life and I'm shocked to my core how could a doctor be so greedy, unprofessional who almost killed my wife. I'm lucky that my wife is still alive which is the most important thing for me. At best it's a criminal negligence on his part & at worst it is indeed criminal. Either way he should be in jail for taking so much money & almost killing his patient.
I found Dr.Puneet online in January 2025 where his credentials and reviews were apparently very impressive. He's a 5th gen Ayurvedic doctor! He even got an award from a state chief minister and an International Fame Award giving credence to his Ayurvedic practice. I urge upon the Indian authorities trusted to stop such medical malpractice and the Federal Drug Administration in the US to take notice of such greedy and life endangering medical practices.

I am writing to express my profound…

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services and products I received from Karma Ayurveda. My experience has been exceptionally disappointing, leading me to believe that prospective clients should be fully aware of the issues I encountered.

I invested a significant sum, approximately $4000, for a limited number of medications prescribed by your practitioners. Despite this considerable financial commitment, the treatment proved entirely ineffective, failing to yield any discernible positive results as promised or expected. The medications did not alleviate my condition, and frankly, I question their efficacy given the substantial cost and lack of benefit.

Furthermore, I was met with a complete lack of responsiveness and professional communication following my initial consultation and payment. Attempts to seek clarification or further support were ignored, leaving me feeling abandoned and unheard. This absence of follow-up and the perceived misrepresentation of the doctors' expertise and the medications' effectiveness are deeply troubling.

The overall experience has been highly frustrating and a significant financial waste. Based on my experience, I feel it is imperative to caution others against engaging with Karma Ayurveda, as the quality of their medical advice, the effectiveness of their treatments, and their commitment to patient support have fallen far below acceptable standards.
Please stay away from them and don't buy anything from them. They are thieves and liars.

These people will scam you out of your money. Promised to refund me my money and stopped responding. They took $11,000 for fake pills. Do not use these people at all. After they read the real reviews they try to take it down. Do not spend thousands here but take other care and precautions as their medication comes from their company with no real ingredients.

It's one of the worst experience as the Representative Vishal was very keen for doctor's appointment and then when I asked about insurance he fabricated by saying that they have TPA available.
I spoke about different Ayush registration but is not even able to provide even one (as I have to give to my insurance) for over 2 weeks of follow ups.
Then finally we got a doctor's consultation done and to my amazement still following up for Reports and prescription.Very unprofessional and insensitive service.
I request you to think many times before asking for treatment

Avoid at All Costs!! A Lying Fraudulent Company in every regard!!!

This company deserves No stars and should be banned from doing business in the United States and abroad! They Lie to you up front about the claims they make for reversing your eGFR for CKD saying even though I started at a 15 that my GFR would be up to 90 in about 7-8 months. Well here I am 12 months later and No improvement has been made with my GFR being stabilized and fluctuating between 16 and 21. What's worse is they Lie to you saying you won't have to pay any additional costs for supplement refills. However the part where they are criminal is the CONSTANT Bait and Switch sales techniques constantly changing Price and having Multiple doctors ask for differing amounts of $$ to extract and coerce from you to get your refills. Never again! They prey off your emotions and needs and flip-flop by the hour on what their priced are even after working with them for 12 months and even after being told by you Dr. Rakesh Kumar, you and all your Cronies, that I wouldn't be paying anything extra despite already dropping thousands for your program. And then to add more insult to injury you provided a Fake, Paid testimonial with a guy fabricating his name that further misrepresents what your other treatments don't do. Your reviews are Fake! Don't buy anything from this company. That includes any Oral Stem Cell supplements and Ayurvedic supplements for CKD. A shady, disgusting pathetic scam! You should be ashamed of your horrible, awful business ethics and morals.

UPDATES- The definition of narcissim and gaslighting. Not owning up to your fraudulent bait and switch pricing tactics on your products, lying to your customers, with multiple doctors giving out different bids on supplement refills after being promised and assured that I wouldn't be charged extra. Then lying to me that my eGFR would be back to 90 in 8 months. Meanwhile my condition still stays in Late Stage 4 despite my best efforts to manage and stabilize my condition. You prey on people's vulnerability and then turn around and make threats for legal action. Lol! GFY!! You are Sick! Read all the negative reviews of your company and realize that YOU are the problem.

Dissatisfied. Customer …

I paid around $3000.00 for kidney treatments for about 10 months that they guaranteed me I would get well. They gave me a dietitian change of diet health plan along with their medicines products. I faithfully stay on there plan 100%
At the beginning my blood lab report was stage 3 kidney disease reading after 10 months now my reading results are 54.11 stage 2 kidney disease & after stopping treatment after 10 months because they wanted more $$ $2,000 my blood lab report has started to drop again.
Their program didn’t do what they said it would do. I lost 10 pounds.
There were other conflicts I had with them through the process that they always tried to get more $$$.
For me it was a wast of $$$ for I still have kidney disease an lost all my investments with the same problem just a hair better. Not worth my investment.

Low kidney eGFR

Update 17/10/23
I Have sent blood test reports, Copies of the Contract Deliverables, Copies of the Invoices and Airwaybills dated July 2023 and for the purchase I made in July 2021 and copies of an email I sent to Dr Puneet after a phone call with him in July 2023 advising him the diet sheets he had promised had not arrived with the medication and some other discrepancies I had. All of these have been sent to Karma Ayurveda more than once but they ignore all of these messages and emails. I have sent these documents to Trust Pilot.
Original review.
I was contacted by Dr Sonia and by Dr Puneet Dhawan. I have undertaken their courses for CKD low Gfr going back 2 years now. Their pills did not help me in any way whatsoever. My Nephrologist advised me Not to use them as there is no formal clinical evidence by any of the Kidney Groups, that these pills actually do any good. They promised me special diet sheets which I never received. They give out a contract stating that if these pills do not improve your kidney performance and function then they will refund your money. They do NOT refund your money. There is no back up or follow up. They ignore all my Whatsapps and emails and make promises they do not keep. I believe they are just another company scamming sick people as their products are very expensive. My advice is Speak to your Nephrologist or Doctor about these products. Do thorough research. Contact the UK MHRA for their advice. Please pass this on and be aware. Yours R.J.
1st May 2024 - Response to Reply from Karma Ayurveda. Please be advised you have all the information, all the documentation and all the dates which I have sent to you three times and is also attached to your reply to my original review. I have spoken to various different members of your team on several occasions over a long period of time and still, to date, there has been no positive replies to me, no refunds which I have requested therefore there is very little I can say or do or give you from my side. I do not find your company is customer orientated nor has it any customer satisfaction level after all the documentation and information I sent previously. When people write and ask me I show them exactly the same information I have sent to you and will do so until you meet your obligation and refund my money as per your published written guarantees. Once this is done I will rewrite my review to Trust Pilot and any other media.

BEAWRE of these scammers

These guys are just there to take money out of your pocket. They offered a 6 months medication to my father who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. They had given a money back guarantee in case medicine doesn’t work. After few months when we didn’t see any progress they stopped responding to my emails, messages and phone calls. They looted around CAD $2200 from me and stopped responding. Stay away from them. I am planning to file a police complaint against these scammers.

Just a scam nothing else

I had worst experience and lost in faith of ayurved. I contact with Dr Karma team for RA( Arthiritis) problem. They suggested for 3 month course in that time the problem will cured and result can be seen after 10 days. I bought the medincine for 15K, after 20 days i didnt found any improvement and asked the team for same. Now from here the game begins, they start avoiding calls & messages. Multiple time they told that the concern team will contact you, but nothing happens. After following up atleast 1 month i lost the hope as I understood that they are just making money with lies and publishing wrong feedback. I request all of you please beaware with such type of scammers.
