Currently having a kitchen renovation, Karma site build have been fantastic. The project is going well and Tony and Karma give us daily updates regarding progress and plans. We would highly recommend the team, their workmanship is very good, and they will discuss different ideas from their expertise and experience.

Further to my wife's review, what little work Karma's team did was not in compliance with drawings or specifications, and in some cases was outright poor and dangerous workmanship. This included a bodge to the steel beam holding up the roof of our extension due to an error they made during setting out, subsequently determined by the structural engineer (that's right, they didn't ask him about this) to be insufficient and dangerous. A particularly nice touch was Karma going off on holiday after a stage payment, with no materials arriving or work performed. Absolute thieves and liars with no regard even for their customers lives apparently.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Looks like others have had a very similar situation to us, quoted a 3 month turnaround on our extension/whole ground level renovation, after 5 months was still barely a 3rd through the project. Had to find other contractors/carry out a lot of work ourselves as we have a baby due in May (which we made them aware of). Was left over most of winter with an unsealed extension and no living space or kitchen as they very quickly demolished with very little work on actually building anything back up. We are now 8 months into this project with no money left to pay contractors so desperately trying to finish this ourselves (including myself at 27 weeks pregnant) so that we can have a liveable home before baby arrives. We now will not have the time or money to fix the garden they destroyed, decorate the upstairs of our house (much needed) and my entire pregnancy has been ruined. We are working full time jobs and working on the house until early hours of the morning. I honestly don't know how we have survived this, please avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

We contacted Karma site build in September 2022 after seeing work they had completed at our local pub, we enquired about landscaping our garden. The communication and engagement from start to finish was excellent. I felt that we were kept up to date on the progress and the pricing was competitive and transparent. We are really happy with the end product and appreciate the amount of time and effort not to mention the amount of manual labour that was put in to complete the job. The teams carrying out the work would just get on with it and along the way checking in with us to make sure we were happy with the work and checking requirements with us. The estimated completion was around 3 weeks and the job was completed in 4 weeks due to some slight delays which did not cause us any issues or concerns. The team worked hard where possible to make up some of the time lost. We would definitely recommend Karma Site Build and as this is just phase one of our garden project we look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!
