I am using this card more than 5 months, and I didn't met any troubles during this months. Fees are high, comparing to other services, hope they will solve it, but you get pretty good product for this money. Just tested cash withdrawals and it also works well. Waiting for physical card)))

I have been using it for almost 2 months, Invited a lot of my friends and they have been using it too, I like the fact that you can spend crypto anytime anywhere in the world. I have been in egypt lately, and everything is very smooth and you can pay anywhere, I honestly had some declined payments due to "Suspected Fraud", but I believe this is from Google pay side.

I think that not enough transparent information was provided before registration. It seems to be focused only on increasing the number of customer registrations and getting investment. Not to mention the high lower limit and fees. There are already much better alternatives. This platform does not create any added value. I regret doing this as soon as he approves my account or not. There is no "account closure" option. If you register, they own your data forever.

Super smooth process and seamless top up/purchasing. The card may have some issues on older PoS systems, but works like a charm for 97% of my purchases. Average forex conversion fees comes to usually 2.7% all in all. Highly recommend!

Verification is such a pain! I’m a new user and started getting ads from Facebook, so I decided to sign up. But I accidentally registered on the wrong site — I went to app.karta.io instead of personal.karta.io. After verifying everything, I somehow ended up in business mode, which I don’t want.

Then, I went to personal.karta.io, which redirected me to a Telegram bot. From there, they asked me to verify again — but this time, I got an error saying my profile is “another profile.” What?? Even with the same phone number, they can’t figure it out?

To make things worse, there’s no option to delete my account on app.karta.io, and now I can’t even use personal Karta. The whole process is super confusing. Help!!

Registration was very easy and fast via telegram. Then card creation and approval took minutes. I then transfered usdt an payed with the card and it was seemless. In addition the fees are very good which is 1.5% per card purchase. I loved also that we can deposit using polygon network which has very cheap fees. Very convenient and useful hopefully they will keep providing their good service on the long term.

Good app, I like that i can spend USDT directly with the card, no need P2P.

I found the interface to be very user-friendly and intuitive, and support quickly helped answer my questions.

They are dishonest by not stating specifically that US citizens are not eligible and will likely fail KYC if they try to verify.
Per the "Agreement";
"Under Terms: "You attest that you are not a United States citizen, and that you are signing up for a card that is intended for those outside of the United States."

USA citizens need not apply.

I’ve been using Karta Card for about a week, and so far it’s working really well. The kyc process was quick, and funding the card with crypto was simple. I’ve made a few online purchases with no issues. The app is clean and easy to use.

I have crypto and I need to find a way to spend it. That’s very helpful way to release it.

Unfortunately I cant rank it less then 1 star. I was seeing their ads constantly, have tried to give it a go. Uploaded my documents for kyc, it failed and support stated it is final decision, and they will not disclose any reasons. Don't waste your time. Don't use their services. If this is all you got in the beginning, imagine what they will do when they get your money.

Care, Alert! They take your ID photos and Selfie after they reject your verification and take your información, they dont say reason of rejet, any details, SCAM!

I had really bad experience with this company, they take my money and cant return it almost 1.5 year
