We have been with KartzHub for a very long time, in fact we are one of their first customers. The past year we had some issues and were not happy, but Cloud acted immediately and worked with us to solve these issues. We are pleased and impressed to see how they've put their customers first, and needless to say, we are satisfied. CCP is a great system which puts everything in one place making it easier to process orders, stock, suppliers etc. As with all platforms/software's there will be some flaws, but we have been assured there is a lot of work going on behind the scene to make a number or enhancements and improvements. We hope to continue with CCP and excited to see a bigger and better platform in the future......

Lightning fast platform at a very decent price (now that it hasn't changed).
Fair play for listening to us customers following the mistake.
They took our inputs on customizing HTML templates for listing which improved the look and feel of product we weren't expecting such a good Listing.

We're currently in the process of switching to Kartzhub and so far the experience has been great. It ticks a lot of boxes that other services couldn't and the integration between our store has been quick and efficient. After trialling multiple softwares, our quest finally ended with Kartzhub. Kartzhub has helped us out in listing all our onbuy products. It was quick and easy at great price. Kartzhub transformed our business with real time updates of our orders and inventory. With a dedicated and professional support team.

Please don't waste your time and money with them. I had very bad experience with them. The good reviews probably are from fake accounts.

They did not had any option to do my job but they still told me that they will upload al my products to stornvy without problem. But when I paid them they just could not do it.

The company is from India and not from UK how they state. But that's not the worse. When I asked for a refund they just did not answered me again.And just ignored me. I hope that my credit card company will refund me the money for it.

I wouldn't even consider using this company.

They have been sending us incessant unsolicited spam emails without any kind of unsubscribe link. They show a UK address, but it's a rented office space. They are either a much smaller business than they make out, or are really based overseas.

If their approach to data protection is so cavalier even before we sign up with them, how could I possibly trust my business data with them ?

if you want to waste your money and time as well then you just use this software otherwise there is nothing to use you can't list any item easily, you can print order or label easily if you ask them that features does not work it take 30 days to resolve the issue and you can just pay them free of cost without using the software they denied to refund you money. I highly recommend don't waste your time to move into this.

I've tried using the software and it is very poor, nothing works as advertised. I was practically helping them develop the software. I had to contact etsy myself to get them to help kartzhub integrate as all my listings wouldn't transfer correctly, it was full of glitches. It doesn't integrate with any of the parcel companies, it only seems to create csv files. The design of kartzhub is like using something from 1999, very old fashioned and difficult to navigate. Be very wary of this software. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't give it. Just don't use kartzhub, there are plenty of other order software companies that do it much better!!

Kartzhub is much easier to use than competitive products. There's almost no learning curve. You'll be up and running within an hour! I've been using Kartzhub since the middle of last year and continue to be impressed. It does a very good job managing our inventory on Amazon, eBay and Big Commerce and adding listings to eBay is pretty easy

A very dodgy company that does not care about user privacy. I run a meetup group, a non-profitable one, helping beginners to set up and run their small-medium eCommerce marketplace businesses. The trust levels are very high in my group.

One or many of the sales people from KartzHub joined in our group and started directly contacting our members through their phone numbers, which is absolutely against the UK/EU GDPR laws.

Imagine how such dodgy sales people can be in doing business with you when you buy their services. Such "I need only customer's money"-minded companies should be eradicated from existence, in my humble opinion.

Sorry to say, even "if" they really have legitimately helping software, such practices will only be considered anti-customer-friendly, leading to a disastrous experience.
