Nightmare
In August 2025, we placed an order with Kas20 shop in Helmond. We ordered dining table, 8 dining chairs, 2 bar stools, 2 side tables and big corner sofa. The order is more than EUR 10,000. The salesman was great, friendly, helpful with good advice. We informed him that all the furniture is for our newly built house which would be ready between December and January 2026. He said the shop can store everything and deliver to us when our house is ready at once. What he did not inform us is that Kas20 only produces the table. The chair and sofa come from different suppliers. At the end, there would be 3 separate deliveries, very chaotic to organize. All 10 chairs were delivered first with wrong color. The supplier has to reproduce them which would take 8-10 weeks until we get the correct chairs. Next was the sofa which was delivered without the corner section. We informed the shop 2 weeks ago and until now, we still haven’t received confirmation when will we get the missing part. Kas20 keeps saying that they placed the correct order with the suppliers but when things go wrong, they do not have any leverage to speed up the process at all. Only good thing is that there is nothing wrong with the tables. Maybe we are just the minority of unsatisfied customers, but we cannot give more than one star of all the stress that we get from dealing with Kas20 mistakes.
