I found that their rates were better as compared to other online competitors not sure if that was because of Christmas sale and also items were packages nicely. I highly recommend it.

We are very sorry about this but we admitted this as a mistake from our side.
Even though we have dispatched punctually on Wednesday.
Our delivery partner DPD has taken too Long to deliver your parcel (normally 1-2 days but this time it was 4 days) which is why your Vegetables got rotten.
Since we have started with DHL recently we can now provide 1-day deliveries within Germany and Netherlands.
We send fresh Mangoes (very fast riping) and Till now there were no issues and we are reliabily sending veg and fruits orders in whole Europe.
Regarding your case we answered quickly and admitted it as a mistake from our side.
We compensated you with a full refund.

Even after 7 days of order confirmation, I have still not received my order. No one is responding to emails or chat messages. The customer service is extremely disappointing and the overall experience has been very frustrating.

Your got delayed a bit because we only process vegetable orders from Wednesday to Friday to ensure freshness.
Additionally there was a holiday in-between which is why it got delayed additionally.
