It is a scam
It is a scam! The lipstick is low quality and even though I had bought it only once they kept charging my card every month. Every attempt to contact them was impossible.
I would rate this as a ZERO
I would rate this as a ZERO. They have been sending me product for months that I didn't order and charging a credit card that's not even mine!

How to get out of Kassaria Subscription Trap
For everyone that is getting a montly charge and delivery of product you didn't ask for....here is what you need to do.
Do not try to go on the Kassaria website because it does not load.
Do this instead: search "Kassaria cancel subscription"
You will then be asked to enter your email address and it will bring you to your subscription that, like me, you probably didn't realize when you purchased your first product was a subscription trap.
There is a button to cancel subscription. I just did it and I'm hoping it works!
Scam
Scam. They dont respond or provide an address to fulfill their return policy to get a refund. Do not buy from this company.
Cant cancel
Lipstain keeps coming in the mail and is charged even though i only ordred once. Cant cancel. Product is not even good, hardly shows at all.
Don’t buy!!!
Found myself with an unconsented for…
Found myself with an unconsented for repeat order & monthly charges. Cannot find any contact details. Website doesn’t load. My credit card says they can’t stop the payment as I have signed up for it. Can anyone help with contact details?
Subscription scam!
If I could rate this worse, I would. The products are extremely questionable, but the worst part is that when you buy them, they automatically create a subscription which is EXTREMELY sneaky and hidden in very small print somewhere. They charged me for 3 orders for 3 consecutive months before I realised they've been taking money from me. It's so pathetic. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund, let's see what they do about it.
I did not receive the product
I did not receive the product, and now they want me to pay for a new delivery. I requested a refund, but they refused. I bought the product in July, and although they claim it was delivered, I work from home and was at home at the time — no package was ever brought.
Now they are telling me I must either pay again for delivery or lose my money. This is absurd. I waited two months for the product, and then they falsely claimed they attempted delivery. I am trying to find a fair solution, but customer support does not care.
dont buy here
dont buy here! i ordered something and now they are charging my creditcard every month. website is not accesable and email no respons.
Scam company, avoid !
I will start with how crap the lipliners are, nothing like advertised and don't stay on.
I purchased in July, and somehow signed up for a subscription. I emailed them and they cancelled and refunded, and said they would cancel subscription. All good.
Then end of August I got another email to say order on its way, I asked them to stop this and refund me. This was ignored and order sent anyway. I didn't realise I had received order, I've been on holiday.
I emailed when I realised and then we had a week or so of a confusing back and forth, offering me alternatives (no thanks, I want a refund), then offering refund but postage at my expense (no, you should pay) then they agreed to pay all but no clear instructions on how they would cover postage. Emails went days without being answered, and then they said "oh sorry it's now past our refund policy, can we offer you 50% off etc.".
Terrible scam company and wish I had seen reviews before buying.
I've seen many people have had the same experience, if trying to resolve this with them fails keep email evidence and request a charge back via your credit card. And block them from taking further money out. I managed to get my money back.
STAY AWAY!!
I'm having the exact same experience. A terrible scam company. Unauthorized recurring subscription. Had to get my bank card involved since they don't respond to emails & of course you can't talk to anyone. How they're able to stay in business I don't know. STAY AWAY!
You don’t need another Lipgloss!! It‘s scam.
I came across Kassaria through Instagram. Yeah, not my best idea, because no, I don’t actually need lip gloss, especially not one pushed on me through targeted ads. And no, no one really needs to be ordering lip gloss at three in the morning. Still, I wanted to give it a try since I hadn’t bought myself anything in a while.
I paid via PayPal and I’m still waiting for the lip gloss. The funny part of this whole situation is that, as I already mentioned, I’ve already paid for it. Last month I got a PayPal notification saying I had been charged another €20.67 by the Kassaria website. That already annoyed me. And today I got another notification from PayPal saying I was charged yet again €20.67.
That means for a lip gloss that hasn’t even arrived yet, I’ve now been charged three times. A product I haven’t been able to try, use, or even review has already cost me almost €65.
I’ve definitely learned my lesson from this mistake. I’ve now also reached out to the website, and I really hope they’re at least legitimate enough to respond and take responsibility for their error. Still, I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone who’s just trying to make their life a little less stressful (because things are already hard enough!!!) to buy from them. And looking at the reviews (way too late, unfortunately), I don’t think I’m the only one. Stay safe girlies, we don’t need another lipgloss, especially not at 3am!!!💙
Update: I just found out that this site uses a hidden subscription trap, and I want to say again that under these circumstances you absolutely do not need anything from them. That means: please just don’t buy there. It makes no sense. Yeah, it’s more stress than it’s worth.
Bought items via an ad on Instagram
Bought items via an ad on Instagram. My purchase was in fact a subscription and now they’ve sent me the same items three months in a row.
No website and no customer service.
Fingers crossed I don’t have to cancel my card to stop the subscriptions.
It's a SCAM
I purchased a lip product, they gave me a second one for free and then signed me up for a monthly subscription. I don’t see any charges on my account, but I’d still like to know how you managed to reach customer service or cancel it. Could someone please share the contact addresses and phone numbers? Thanks.
***SCAM ***,Made a one-time purchase…
***SCAM ***,Made a one-time purchase and was enrolled in a recurring subscription without my consent. This kind of tactic is deliberately misleading and feels like a scam. When you try to go on their website you cant get access, you can only get access via a secure link they have to send you to your email, and then there's an option to unsubscribe, not that I even Subscribed in the first place ** SCAM*,
Misleading shop, you get signed up for a subscription without notice
I made a one-time purchase on their website, only to find out afterwards that I was automatically signed up for a subscription I never agreed to. This kind of practice feels very misleading and unfair to customers.
I have cancelled the subscription and also asked for my last order to be cancelled immediately, but I am very disappointed that this happened in the first place. A company should be clear and transparent in the way they sell their products, and not trap customers into ongoing payments they did not consent to.
I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering here.
SCAM
Had the same experience with the rest of the 1-star clients. Ordered a buy-one-get-one-free lipstick for approx 21euros and received a shitty lipstick which is also sold on temu for 1.50euros. Luckily, the unauthorised subscription payment didn't go through, and I was able to cancel it easily.
SCAM
They send 2 lip stains to me every month charging me £18 a month and have no way to cancel or refund
Scam artists
I made a one-time purchase and was unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription without my consent. This kind of tactic is deliberately misleading and feels like a scam.
When I contacted customer service, I was given contradictory information — first told I’d be refunded for shipping, then later told that was a mistake and it’s non-refundable. No accountability, no real resolution, just a runaround.
This company uses shady practices and backs it up with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs — they are not to be trusted.
