KAST failed to process multiple refunds — beware
I’ve had multiple confirmed refunds from Mercado Livre (Brazil) that never reached my KAST account.
Example: A purchase on July 15, 2025 (R$446.90) was refunded in two parts by the merchant. KAST processed R$171.75 but failed to process the second refund of R$70.53 — confirmed by the merchant and my credit card.
Another refund from March 3, 2025 (R$90.99) was never credited either.
Despite providing screenshots, transaction IDs, and proof multiple times, support keeps deflecting responsibility, asking for info I already sent, or copying parts of my emails without resolving anything.
Their system either fails to register valid refunds or alters the transaction history.
Be careful if using KAST — check all your refunds closely and consider other providers.
