Great quality

Great quality. Great packaging, and shipping was fast. Instantly broke two PRs on deadlift and squat after getting one. The belt is a bit “stiffer” then most other ones i’ve used. So it make take a week or two to really break it in and get used to.

Website was misleading with shipping…

Website was misleading with shipping time and charges. Customer service said nothing could be done because they already shipped it ground even after Express shipping was paid for in hopes of getting it before Christmas. I still have not received it (2 orders) . They only offered to refund the extra shipping charges if I returned everything still in the box. Horrible experience.

5 stars i had order the wrong size had…

5 stars i had order the wrong size had waited weeks because of work to send it back and they were still happy to work with me I had previously order the Zeus lever belt and has held up for almost 2 year only issue is the levers are a little weaker but all in all great company and customer support.

Katamu provided fast ordering and delivery. It was packaged with very high quality packaging and it looked like it was done with care. My college aged son that has worked out since high school really loves the belt. Highly recommend!!!

I had never heard of Katamu until…

I had never heard of Katamu until recently. I have been using their lever belt, wrist wraps and new shorts. Belt and wraps are excellent supportive gear and shorts are really made well. I have found my new gym gear go to!

Ordered a belt for my son. I had some questions about tracking and delivery. Customer service was prompt, friendly, and helpful when I emailed them. The customer served alone will keep me ordering from them! My son also LOVES his belt!

I can't get a return started, no response in a week

I was so excited to buy a lifting belt from Katamu. My partner had bought one and loved it, so I decided to buy one for myself. It was great quality, but the size I bought was too big, and I needed to buy a smaller size. I thought that process was going to be easier. I have tried to contact Katamu five different times to get a return started for my order, and I have had no responses. I got my order about a week ago and haven't had any luck in the last week about returning my item. Now the style of belt that I was going to re-purchase is sold out. I'm so frustrated because the belt itself was great, but just too big.
