Haven't received my order

Haven't received my order from 3 December. It's now January 11th and they seem to be more concerned with sending me offers than with getting my orders to me...

The first email I sent about it never got responded to, I sent to another email address and got a reply at first that it was on backorder, but when I asked: Any idea when? No answer.

This company does not respond!!

Finally received part of my order after well over a month. Have been trying to reach this company to find out about receiving missing portion of my oder. They donot respond and I can find no way to call this company. Obviously I should have read all the reviews on this company. The product I received was satisfactory, but their customer service and follow thru is horrible. I would like missing portion of my order or a refund.

Terrible

Terrible. I have heard the product is good, but I don't know yet because it has yet to arrive. We are way past the dates they provided, and the window of time it should take. Their customer service is automated. I sent messages twice with two of the exact same response with some form of "regret" as if that solves the problem. I'm not usually one to write a bad review, but I'm just so disappointed that my gift for my husband is still not here and doesn't look like it will be until sometime next month, AKA next year. Makes me so sad and mad. Thanks a lot Katana Kult

Awfull services just based of lies

Awfull services just based of lies. As part of the black friday offer i was promised promotional items. I placed my order on the 2nd December and only received my items on the 30th December. Not only did i receive my items extremely late after Christmas i did not receive my promotional items. Aswell as not receiving what was promised to me and coming late. One of my items the paint is chipping off. I wouldnt recommend as its poor service, items are not great quality, may not receive what you ordered and a nightmare to get hold off

I placed my order on December 2, 2024. The email they sent me indicated that my package would ship within 13 business days. I still haven't been provided a tracking number, or received any response from their support (other than an automated response.)

Great Zelda Master Sword

Item shipped from china took a while but is a very good product.

Exactly as described, came with a free stand and tassel. It is fulled metal and pops out its metal scabbard nicely.

It is not sharp so dont worry about the law in knifes as it is a blunt ornamental toy.

Over all very good. Very happy with my Link’s Master Sword from the Zelda games!!

Scared by previous reviews but they did arrive

I don't ever leave a review, but on this occasion I feel as though I should.
I ordered from these on 1st December and after waiting two weeks and nothing, I decided to look t the reviews and I was inundated by bad reviews about scams ect any people saying they never received the order or a refund. Must admit, I did start to panic and think I would never see the items nor my money again. But low-and-behold. THEY ARRIVED!!! It has taken nearly 16 days to arrive but they did. Only gave a 4* as I did pay £6 for postage and it has taken 16 days to arrive and they are a bit "tacky" but that's what the kids have asked for and so I am sure they will love them.

Please do not order these!

Please do not order these, save your money! I bought two swords as gifts, and the quality is extremely poor, they don’t look like they’re worth more than £5.

Despite being advised they ship from UK, they took 3 weeks for the tracking to even update from dispatched and despite messaging customer service the responses were terrible if at all. Two separate couriers had also been set up to deliver my order, one week apart.

I do not think they are anything like described, please, please do not shop here.

Never received my package / refund

I ordered on the 13th of October 2024. I write this one month later, after having exchanged with their customer service several times.
On the 25th of October, after sending them an email, my order was "missing a telephone number". I obliged within less than an hour. I then receive a notification that a parcel is on its way to me from China.
On the 5th of November, after sending them an email that the parcel had apparently gone back to China, they inform me that `customs inspections have been very strict `. I therefore ask for a refund.
Today, on the 14th of November, they finally write to me after I resent an email saying sorry and `We would like to assure you that we will issue your refund today.`
Judging by the other reviews, I'm quite sure I won't receive my refund, but let's wait and see...
Don't know if it's scam but from the lack of understanding of where they can send their product to the fact they "can't" refund immediately. This seems too fishy to not be a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! THIEVES!!

i ordered a shipment valued at over $140 NZD of which they said they could ship to New Zealand. After a period of time with no update i contacted them and the informed me they cannot send to NZ so i asked for a refund. Several weeks and several e-mails still no refund and they have stopped responding altogether. One correspondence they said they are struggling with refunds due to banks not letting them!
Obviously this site is a complete fraud and they are just thieves...please do not buy from them!!

Drop shipped trash

Unfortunately, it’s drop-shipped knockoffs shipped straight out of China. The mark up is horrendous and the quality is poor. The painting is inconsistent and the material are cheap, and the packaging is so pixelated it’s a joke. Just don’t buy from them, save your money.

OUTSTANDING!

I honestly don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I placed my order for the Frostmourne sword on 24/08/24. It was despatched hastily on the 26th. You receive tracking information which was more than sufficient to see the parcels whereabouts. Its arrived not long after on the 6th September. Absolutely fantastic shipping speed and the quality of the actual sword is better than I thought it was going to be. The detail is incredible. It also came with a little stand. Overall 10/10.

The marketing this as a fidget toy in…

The marketing this as a fidget toy in the uk is misleading. There needs to be a clear warning when purchasing that this isn't a fidget toy as a autism man has been arrested for carrying this in public as the blade is over the legal length. There is no information when making this purchased , there is nothing sent out in the package warning people. This is irresponsibility

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I tried to purchase goods from here, it took 2 weeks for them to tell me it wasnt coming and they were issuing a refund. I am still waiting for the refund, a whole month after. Its unacceptable and Im looking into how to take this further since they do not want to help. ABSOLUTE SCAM BEHAVIOUR.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. They pretty much robbed my money. Last October I did an order....7 months after and I have begged them for help so many times and they have done nothing at all. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!

amazing product - Master sword

I ordered the Zelda, Master sword and it arrived within a few weeks. it was wrapped in safe, bubble wrap packaging.
Such a beautiful design and amazing product, highly recommend if you're a Zelda fan. The quality is great and it's very fun to fidget with

I ordered 2 mini swords

I ordered 2 mini swords. They were for whatever reason sent in separate packages. I got neither one of them in my mailbox so I informed them I don't have them at all. They told me to check with my local post office and when I did, post office said the swords were delivered to me according to their records. I notified Kult about that and they still haven't sent me back my refund. It's been months and I honestly just gave up. Their business outta be buried in the dirt for how garbage their customer service is. I wouldn't be reaching out to them if the items I ordered arrived at my mailbox but apparently in their eyes, I don't deserve a refund or replacement because the tracking info is absolute source of truth not the reality their customer is experiencing with their order.
