Our installer, Santos, was quick, skilled, and respectful. He gave a thorough lesson on using the system, and we are very pleased with the results.

The whole experience was great, from the initial quote to scheduling and the people installing had over 20 years of experience and were incredibly knowledgeable, nice and informative. Could not recommend more!

We recently bought a house and the day after closing we got our Katchakid installed as I was priority one for us. The product is absolutely amazing and gives us so much peace in mind with our toddler running around the backyard. Oscar did our installation and did a phenomenal job of putting everything together, but also walking us through the process of putting it on and taking it off giving us much comfort. Really appreciate Oscar and all he did.

So very happy with our Katchakid fence! Looks great and gives us so much security and peace of mind. Chris and Andrew were great to deal with on installation day, and they explained everything along the way. Julie was super helpful in the selling process and made the whole project easy.

I recently purchased a Pond Net for our back yard Koi Pond. Communication with the sales rep, Dave was excellent. He sent over examples of what type of net would work for our pond and quoted us a great price and scheduling a date for install was very quick. Great communication continued as install date arrived. Rogelio was the installer that was assigned to our project. He arrived right on schedule and did a great job installing the net, cleaning up after all in less than 4 hours. He showed us how to take it on and off and answered all questions that we had. I am very happy with the net that Katchakid provided for the safety for all family that comes over to our home. I highly recommend them.

Had my old Katchakid pool net replaced. Communicating with Mason, Vivian, Ana, and Carlos was easy. Always prompt and helpful replies, and got the new net installed within a few days. Carlos did the installation, came on time, worked diligently, and the net looks great. Thank you. I feel confident about pool safety for my grandkids when the net is in place.

We had gotten a pool cover last year, liked it so much we had a pool fence installed this year. The company, the products they sell, and the people installing their products are all the best we have dealt with in AZ. And they stand behind their products with a great warranty. Support is amazing. After a year the pool cover was getting a little tight for me to put on. They came out, installed longer hooks, problem solved in 5 minutes. No charge, no questions, just listened to my problem and fixed it. In my experience that is rare. If you need a pool cover and/or fence this is a company you should seriously consider.

The entire process from quote to install was easy and quick. Santos was extremely professional throughout the install and took time to answer our questions and show us how to operate our net and cover. The peace of mind knowing our pool is safe is worth it.

From sales to install, the entire team was fantastic to work with. Bob was responsive and helpful answering questions before we went to contract, and Mike and and Lavandis were prompt, professional, courteous and funny (sounds weird, but the humor helps on learning the best way to take the net off and put it back on). It looks great, and we have peace of mind that our grandson will be able to safely play in the backyard.

We have had our Katch a Kid net for 6 years and we love it. We recently called to have a few places on the net repaired and they came out so quickly. Mike and Lavandis were quick and friendly and had great communication. Definitely recommend them for repairs in Phoenix.

Katchakid did a great job providing a custom pool cover to fit my kidney shaped pool with spa. From the moment I contacted company I had great communication with salesperson and then the installer, Santos came, and custom sewed a cover on site. It fits perfectly around the pool, both my husband and I were amazed at how proficient Santos was with the sewing machine and installing the brass connectors that go into the patio. He then shows you how to take cover off and put back on. There's a handy rolling system that cover fits onto for storage. It is definitely worth the price.

Bob our Katchakid salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and came out to our home to make sure we were getting the product we wanted and knew about all of the details involved. Oscar was the installing technician for our safety net. He arrived on time as scheduled and went over all of the details of our installation. We were particular about lining up all of the supports since our modern pool was very symmetrical. Oscar was very helpful in getting those placed as we desired. He did a very nice job customizing our safety net accommodating the raised wall scuppers, ledge lounger and raised spa. We are very please to have this protection for visits from our grandkids who are not yet swimming. Thanks Katchakid!!

Outstanding product, Dave Sims (Southern California area) provided the necessary information/costs associated with Katchakid in a timely matter. Installer Rogelio is a professional in every aspect from start to finish product. His workmanship and precision was definitely noticed. My exposure from Dave Sims to Vivian (Houston) to Regelio was extremely positive and would recommend Katchakid to everyone that is considering a safety pool/pond cover. What a peace of mind!!!!!

Katchakid installer, Chris was very knowledgeable, and professional. He provided information to myself and the next door neighbor as he installed our pool covers. We both had raised beams, raised spas. I have a sunken Cabana area which required some adjustments to make it work but in the end, Chris made it fit like a glove! Both covers look great and I give Chris all the credit for making it happen!
