No refund money

I returned the exact item I received because the pants were too big on me and they told me that they received the item but that it didn’t match any item from their store and didn’t want to refund me. Mind you, they had not reached out to me about this and I wouldn’t have known anything if I hadn’t messaged them. I sent back the exact item I received and nothing. Please be careful with this company.

Returned my jeans and had acknowledged…

Returned my jeans and had acknowledged that they have received them and will refund but still have not received the refund tried sending emails to the contact they provide but the email are not sending . Tried numerous times and a Briton of the email addresses they provide

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I have been trying to return something for over the past 2 weeks and noone is getting back to me. Iv emailed 3 times as per instructions. It looks as though lots of people are experiencing the same thing.

I ordered the Casual Short Sleeve Button Slim Top & Wide Leg Trousers Co-ord - Beige on 10th May for £34.78. I requested a return on 21st May, and they acknowledged the return on 27th May — but I’ve still not received my refund.

I’ve sent endless emails trying to resolve this, with no success. To make matters worse, PayPal couldn’t help, as there was no option to open a refund request for this transaction.

Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this company — not worth the hassle.

Horrible

It's been a month since I've ordered, haven't heard anything. I've emailed them to ask where my order is, no reply whatsoever. I ordered this set for my holiday, which is next week. Horrible website!

Run and keep running

RUN and keep running! I have been waiting for 4 MONTHS for my order and have been fobbed off by them over and over again. An absolute joke of a company.

Update: They promised to send me a free item almost a month ago if I edited this review, and no surprise but it still hasn't arrived either!

I ordered my items on the 21st April…

I ordered my items on the 21st April and didn’t receive any update about them. So I then emailed 15th may to see where they were. They then eventually arrived 20th may. Didn’t like the items so tried sending back. Have managed to finally send back oh and look now at the 21st June and still no refund. Won’t ever order again from the company

Dreadful company

Dreadful company , ignore all emails to arrange a return , don’t waste your money avoid them , I’m now at the stage where I will ask my bank for a chargeback as they ignore all attempts at contact , why advertise you accept returns when you clearly don’t want people to return them , keep your money in your bank don’t spend it with a company that don’t appreciate your custom

Awful company would never buy from them…

Awful company would never buy from them ever again sent 10 emails no reply on returning items as sizes are wrong they are tiny absolutely joke went through PayPal and got returned address which returned which cost me another £5 which I’ve not had my £58.48 refund absolutely shocking that companies can just take your money like that 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡also going to the fraud team now to

How do you get this company to email…

How do you get this company to email you back for a returns label.
I’ve emailed 4-5 times and nothing.
Tried to contact them on different social medial platforms and all I get a generic message back telling me to email back on two different email addresses provided and still no response.
It shouldn’t have to be this difficult to return items back and obtain a refund.

I made an order for two pairs of jeans…

I made an order for two pairs of jeans off TikTok shop, both arrived and both were too big so I sent them back using a combined return label sent by yourself return has been received and only one pair of jeans has been refunded, now trying to speak to someone from katch me it’s absolutely non existent you don’t reply on TikTok I’ve tried emailing and still no reply. Really disappointed

Really disappointed, please avoid this company - don't be scammed.
My order arrived but did not fit so decided to return and order the correct size. I labelled as No Longer Required as Katch Me requested on the advice note and returned via Evri.
I then received a message stating my refund had been rejected as - the package sent is damaged/jeans is dirty/ food colour/ not removeable / not eligible for return??
This doesn't make any sense to me, I know they were returned in the condition they were received. I tried the jeans on in my bedroom, they did not fit I packaged them straight up in their own packaging and put them in a plastic waterproof envelope for posting, There was no opportunity for them to get dirty and they were double packaged.
Katch Me have decided to take the jeans and my money. If they do this to every other order they are making a lot of money and this just feels like a big scam . I am unable to see proof or object or ask for the jeans to be returned to me. Its really disappointing Its such a shame as they jeans were actually lovely, they have a good product so why the need to rob genuine customers.
