I was so skeptical of the whole process and even doubted if they knew what they were doing in the beginning. Took 6-7 iterations and roughly 1.5-2 months of back-and-forth communication to finally get the ring right. Ring was made in like 2 weeks, shipped in 5 days and turned out incredible.

I was very excited about designing my own ring. I sent in the deposit and requested an update and got one back. And that was via email which I suspect was ai written. I was so disappointed

Chase and Kimmy were exceptionally helpful, the Kat Design portal was super useful and easy to use, and after 3 rounds of designing, we came up with something that was perfect, and the final product was stunning, exactly what I asked for and my fiancée is in love with her ring. Thank you guys!!!

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. I purchased an engagement ring, and my fiancée is absolutely in love with it. Everywhere she goes, the ring turns heads—she receives compliments constantly, and people always tell her how perfectly I chose. They were very communicative throughout the process, worked with me to make exactly what I wanted (She loves it too btw), and worked with me on a payment plan that fit a unique issue I was having with my credit card.

10/10 would work with them again (not that I'll need to)

They were incredibly helpful with making edits in the 3D modeling stage. The build process was quick and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better ring at a better price.

I have not been able to get in contact with a representative, I made a deposit August 6th and have not heard back. I have submitted a message via the website under contract us and instagram but no response.

Skeptical at first like many I’m sure. I was pleased with the easy process and attention to detail Kat’s team took to make my fiancé’s engagement ring perfect. The timeline was punctual and proper. I bought a ring from them not so long ago and my now fiancée adores it. The process is fairly easy a lot of anticipation while waiting for updates which they were good at communicating. I discovered them off tiktok and like a lot of people was skeptical at first but through seeing their content and reading reviews, I’m forever grateful I got my ring with them and would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted a very specific style of ring, very detailed and a very complicated design. They said no problem and got my dream ring built, it was outstanding. I couldn’t be more happy with the results they made it better than I imagined it would be. They gave me my own website, updated me on every step, and the people were very nice.

I saw a video online and fell in love with the ring “The Shant” aka a ring that was accidentally okayed. I was hesitant to order because the deal seemed too good to be true but am happy I did! The ring is absolutely stunning! Chase and Kat sent me an email the day after my purchase with an estimated ship date due to the ring needing to be sized down, the ring shipped on the date they gave and they sent me an update email with tracking, it took about 5 days for the ring to arrive. I got all the paperwork on the main diamond too! The detail that went into the design of this ring is impressive! I highly recommend!

The KAT team knocked it out of the park! After speaking with my fiancee (girlfriend at the time) about her dream ring, and getting some reference pictures, I was able to get a quick and accurate quote for a custom ring that was less than half the price of the reference. I was pleased with the excellent customer service, and the quick turnaround on 3D designs for the ring. Chase was very helpful and excited to help make our ring a reality, and only a month after getting my quote the ring was on its way. After receiving the ring, it was exactly what I was picturing. When it finally came time to propose, my fiancee was in awe. I couldn't have asked for a better proposal, and I couldn't have done it without Kat and Chase. 10/10 in every regard.

Chase reached out each step of the way and made me feel comfortable, to the point I ordered the ring. When it came I couldn't be more thrilled and excited for our moment. I waited to write the review until after the proposal and everyone was so happy and impressed by the beauty of the ring. Couldn't be happier, and my fiance couldn't be happier either!! Not everyone is as lucky as I am to have such an amazing experience for such an important venture in my life.

I came across KAT Custom Rings on TikTok and it happened to be a time where I was feeling a little pressure from my partner that this is the big year. So, reading the reviews and watching some TikTok reviews on the company I decided to follow through with the process.

They provided me 100% transparency through the whole process and when I jumped the gun on something, I realized it was too late to turn back, Chase provided so much understanding and opportunities for solution. I have never once experienced such a caring and customer centered experience before and I am thankful everyday I went with KAT.

I got my ring no later than a week from complete purchase, it looks EXACTLY like the one my partner hinted at liking, and really put the light at the end of the tunnel on full display.

Having KAT Custom Rings and Chase be part of my journey to marry the woman of my dreams was one of the best decisions I think I have ever made financially. They made our engagement ring, but I know I will be returning for my wife and I's marriage rings as well.

I RECOMMEND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!!

When my then girlfriend (now Fiancée (spoilers)) saw Kat Rings on Tiktok, she sent them to me and didn't think much of it. When I took her ring shopping to get an idea of what she wanted, I had a $4,000 budget in mind, and when we saw ring, it was $2,900 and I thought, "great that comes in under budget." I then realized that that was only the cost of the RING, not including the Diamond on top, with a similar Diamond to what we saw, the ring would be $6,000.

This was when I went and checked out Kat's webstie and I sent them pictures of the ring we had looked at in person. Once they got back to me, they said they could do the ring for 2,900, Diamond included. This blew my mind, and frankly I was worried it was too good to be true, but I payed the $50 to get them to design the ring and figured if I didn't like it, I'd get my $50 back and work to get less broke. When they sent the design back, I liked it, but knew that if they were the real deal, they would be able to do some customization on the ring. That's when I had the idea to have them add mine and my Fiancée's birthstones to the bottom of the ring, so they would always be touching her skin, and she knew it was tailor made for her/us.

When they did that and still came back with a price of $2,900. I was floored, I literally said "man I budgeted $4,000 for this ring, so can I spend more with you guys?" So I asked to make the top diamond a half carat bigger and that came out to be $3,600.

It took about 4 weeks for them to build the ring after I sent the $150, but once I got the video and photos, I knew it was real deal. They sent the ring within 3 days (though my only complaint was UPS was SUPPOSED to make me sign for it, but when they didn't get my signature, they just left it in my mailbox, but Chase and KAT cant do anything to fix UPS Practices), and the ring was amazing in person, I also got all the paperwork with the ring to show the authenticity of the Diamond, and all that Jazz.

Eventually I want to get the ring appraised separately from the KAT's appraisal of $7,200. But frankly, it doesn't really matter what the ring is appraised as, as my Fiancée LOVES it and wouldn't want any other ring.
