Frustrating!
Ordered a large item through Very on 17th April, received notification from Katem that it would be delivered on 23rd April. Waited in but no delivery, emailed them but no response so contacted Very who said it was an error and would be delivered on the following Monday 27th April, waited in again and no delivery, I called Very but they did not update me as promised so I cancelled the order that evening. I then received another email stating it would be delivered on the 28th April so I sent Katem an email to tell them I had cancelled the order and notified the driver who called me. Since then I have received two further emails and collection attempts for an item I never received! I have called Very four times for them to notify Katem to stop sending drivers as they are not acknowledging my emails.
