I’m disappointed
I’m disappointed. My order said delivered and then was never delivered. The email on the website returned was just automated gibberish. I am willing to amend my review if I receive my order.

Item never arrived and emails now bounce back
I purchased an item and received multiple (too many) emails saying it was ‘being prepared’, ‘ready for dispatch’ ‘about to be dispatched’ etc until the time it should actually have been arriving when all communication ended. There was a tracking function and around when it was due to arrive (from the estimated delivery date given at purchase) it said ‘ready for delivery’. After the due date when it had not arrived I messaged the company to ask. The next time I checked the tracking it said ‘delivered’. It had not been delivered. I then emailed the company on 2 separate occasions to follow up and suddenly the email address didn’t work any more and my messages failed to deliver. There is no other way to reach the company (or leave a review) on the website. I can only assume the company is a scam and money paid for the purchase is lost.
