Working with Kathleen has been transformative, and I truly have learned more about myself during our short time together than I probably have throughout my whole life. I got so much out of every session and Kathleen is wonderful to work with. Her meditations are so on point, and if you're ready and willing to do the work that Kathleen so perfectly and effortlessly holds space for, you'll change your life!

I would highly recommend working with Kathleen, she really helped me to learn more about myself and every session felt like a significant breakthrough; it was exciting to notice the changes that naturally started to occur between sessions and the opportunities that appeared that were more aligned with my goals (goals which we worked together to uncover in our sessions.) I felt very stuck in my career, relationships and life direction and without her guidance I would still be stuck. I found our sessions far more helpful than counselling and Kathleen always had something new to offer whatever I bought to my sessions - thank you!

I found Kathleen Hartley life coach very professional and helpful. I feel that she helped me on myself especially building my confidence and self esteem, weight loss, family relationships, work and making most of life. I also felt our sessions to be like counselling sessions which proved to be very useful. I found Kathleen to be good value for money and time. She was very supportive and understanding.
