The service is very bad. I sent a bagpack back and they could not manage to inform Klarna correctly that there is no Duty for payment any longer. Klarna was continuing to ask me for payment over weeks. I informed Kattbjoern many times and they were not able to solve the problem. I am very dissappointed and I still have troubles with Klarna.
