Totally unacceptable from Katy’s boutique I placed a order and have charged me for order.
Have not received order even after paying for first class delivery.
Have sent many emails and Facebook messages but no reply as stated phone number is disconnected as welll.

Very hit and miss. 1st order arrived quickly. second order didn't arrive and no comms from seller initially although she had been ill? (owner appears to live in USA) eventually part of order arrived bit still awaiting part of order..
