It was my first attempt at making a cake with decorations. The bunting was easy to use once I got the hang of it. Letters were a bit tricker but I did it! Found putting a tiny bit of lard, filling with fondant and popping in freezer worked best for me

As a beginner cake decorator, I find the moulds simple to use, though extracting the letters is challenging. I was disappointed that the square mould (as seen in the image) was not included, but overall, it's another excellent purchase from Katy Sue.
