Improper troubled services:risky

I opened an approved account at the crypto/finace company on the July 20th, 2025. After I opened it, I tried not to use it to protest the transaction fees and not to work after seeing how expensive the Iban opening fees were. A year has passed, I received the following email today.
'KAURIFINANCE AS (hereinafter referred to as “KauriFinance” or the “Company”), registry code XXXXXXXX, hereby notifies you that it will terminate your User Agreement and to close your Account.
This notice is issued in accordance with the Clause 3.22 and 3.23 of the User Agreement. According to this, the Company may close an Account and terminate the User Agreement at its sole discretion.
This notice was sent to your registered email address on 15 July 2026 and is deemed delivered upon sending in accordance with the User Agreement. The User Agreement and your Account will therefore terminate on 25 July 2026, being the tenth (10th) calendar day following the date of sending of this notice (the "Effective Date of Termination").
If you believe that your Account holds any assets or that the Company's records are inaccurate, please contact the Company's Support Team without delay and in any event before the Effective Date of Termination. The Company will verify the matter before proceeding with the closure. For the avoidance of doubt, the closure of your Account does not affect your right to any assets that are established to belong to you’
I'm so glad that I didn't invest in Kauri Finance, a company with problematic, troublesome, and exploitative services. Because today they suddenly sent an email demanding I withdraw my funds by a specific date, meaning they would have caused me losses by selling my assets within ten days. I'm lucky I didn't invest in this company from the beginning because I didn't trust them and they were too expensive, but you might not be so lucky. Based on my experience, I want to emphasize that your funds and assets are at risk with this company. Your account could be closed at any moment, and you could be forced to sell or transfer your assets, just like mine. They have problematic, deficient, exploitative, and inadequate customer service, and I strongly advise against working with them and taking any risks. This is a warning based on my negative experiences.

Scam Site!

Scam site. I had a very negative experience with this company. After depositing funds, my account was unexpectedly locked without proper explanation. Despite repeated attempts to contact support, I have not received a clear resolution or access to my money.
This has caused me significant stress and financial loss. I expect transparency and accountability from any company handling customer funds, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I am sharing this to warn others: proceed with caution, and do not risk your money until the company proves it can be trusted. I am sure this is scam site

Looks like a scam

Looks like a scam.

When you download app you cant really use futures to sign in with google or apple id, you are forced to sign up with e-mail.

IBAN verification takes forever (I am EU permanent resident).

Made a deposit of 50 USDT from another CEX(big and respected) to activate virtual card and to order physical one. Funds instantly locked, all swaps disabled with no option to use them and 0 notifications on why this is happening.

TBF I think they just steal your data. That or their team is completely incompetent and released pre alfa-testing product.

Just an ordinary thieves and scammers

Just an ordinary thieves and scammers. First they open an account for you and let you use it for a while, figuring out what maximum amounts you can transfer to them. And then they just block the account for no reason, while the support team tells fairy tales for 2 months that the money will be returned any minute.

Shitty organization

Shitty organization! Froze my account without explanation. At the same time, I used the account for more than half a year, and for almost a month now they have been promising to return the money and have not returned it! Do not use this shit if you want a quiet life. These assholes are scammers and thieves!

I use Kauri Finance on a daily basis as…

I use Kauri Finance on a daily basis as my primary card. I usually get paid in crypto (USDT) and it is very easy to spend my USDT directly with Kauri Crypto Card. I added this card to Apple Pay and use it for offline and online payments. Very easy to use, never had any problems with the product!

They are bunch of scammers

They are bunch of scammers! Stay away!
SO I have uploaded my Bulgarian (Bulgaria is a part of European Union) ID. I took clean pictures of both sides. And of course I did the selfie. These all happened like 1 hour ago, around mid day. So pictures were crystal clear on day light. 2 minutes later my document were rejected and I was advised to contact the support. Well their chat does not work, telegram bot does not work, and for 5 minutes 3 different people replied to my email. Last person said due to their internal review (well I am intrigued to learn more about this 2 minutes internal review) my application was rejected. Oh well, I work as an accountant here for 10 years, I receive my paychecks every month and I have a crystal clear criminal record. Not to mention I am an European Union citizen and a tax payer. Obviously my ID is on both Bulgarian and English, but this is not in my control. Anyways I do not see any legit reason why they rejected my application after only 2 minutes waiting time and considering the fact I've being employed for 10 years as an account and I can proof my income every day I receive my salary in my bank account. At this point I think they are bunch of scammer who collect personal data and ID and maybe sell them on blackmarket or do fake IDs later who know. Anyways DO not trust them they are con artists.
