Defects in fabric
The sofa that was delivered had two defects in the cushion fabric. As the large box had to be removed so that the sofa could be carried up to the 4th floor in the lift, Kave Home’s customer service blamed me for the defects in the fabric. It was absolutely outrageous. The sofa was still wrapped in protective film, which remained undamaged. I would advise against Kave Home. Go to a furniture store instead! In my experience, furniture stores such as Porta, Höffner and Seegmüller offer excellent, customer-focused service.

I can honestly say the experience has been outstanding on every level. Communication is always fast, professional, and very friendly — which makes a huge difference when managing projects.
Their products are truly top quality — not just in my opinion, but also based on feedback from my clients, who absolutely love them. I always feel confident including them in my projects, knowing the final result will be both aesthetically beautiful and well-executed.
A big plus is also their support and willingness to help, which is something you don’t take for granted these days.
