In total agreement with all the comments. Shoes were too small and they gave me the runaround and I have now accepted that I've been scammed. The annoying thing is that I'd read good reviews (evidently fake) before buying.
Lesson is to only go with reputable sites or shops and stick to the old adage, if it's too good to be true...
Keep clear total scammers. 90 day refund.

Don’t buy from Kavell shop.
I cancelled my order within 24 hours and was told that I couldn’t cancel until I had received the goods.
Within an hour I was then told that my order was out for delivery. The goods arrived 11 days after I cancelled the order and the quality of the shoes is rubbish.
After about 10-12 emails in which I pointed out that they were in breach of EU consumer legislation etc they promised a refund.
No refund was made and it’s over two weeks since they agreed a refund. My emails to them are not being received now and are bouncing back to me.
They are not to be trusted.

Really sorry I did not see Michael G review as I have had the exact same experience. Product received is a cheap knockoff of the real thing. Kavell are not responding to my request for refund and do not send instructions to return the product. DO NOT PURCHACE FROM THEM!

No box, cheap counterfeit copies, plastic.
When I contacted them for a return and refund they keep giving me another email which doesnt reply to my messages.
Im down to the tune of £102 and dont have much confidence in a resolution.

Shocking poor products and took almost 4 weeks to arrive. When I checked them out they had a London address - but it looks like a USA company but everything comes fake from China!! Avoid… not a good reliable and trustworthy worthy company.
Scam company, fake product.
Ordered “Boss” casual shoes, dreadful cheap and nasty plastic fake shoes arrived 3 weeks later. Tried to contact their customer services and got automated replies requesting photos of shoes and packaging, then told to contact different departments to initiate a return and refund. Chargeback initiated via Mastercard to refund money.

And was sent a cheap and nasty attempt at a copy have Sen over 20 emails to help@ and urgent@ as instructed from Sophia requesting a returns label and a refund which is falling on deaf ears total scam
