Sell fake products but use the images of from official sonny angel website, not sure how its legal

First time ordering from this company and first time what I thought was a sonny angel.. to find out it indeed is fake. It came with a squished box pulled out the sonny angel with all marks on it.. I’m actually so embarrassed because it states no where that the item is fake.. disgusting

FAKE SONNY ANGELS!

While customer service may be prompt, they do not inform customers that their Sonny Angel products are not genuine. Prices reflect a genuine product, but what I received were fakes. They were a birthday gift, and I am so disappointed.

Check the feet and wings of any Sonny Angel products brought from this website.

I will attempt to receive a refund, but I doubt they will respond.

Items that I ordered are not genuine, despite being advertised as so. Emma, their customer service assistant, told me that these items were not checked for authenticity before they were sent out to me and that they would only offer a 30% refund, and that this was a gesture of their “devotion to customers”. As they would not reimburse postage (despite this being a mistake KawaiiSphere made by not checking their supplier was genuine), I could not return these items for a full refund and get reimbursed for postage costs as this was against their returns policy. After some back and forth, I was offered a 50% refund (without returning my items), however this is a gross demonstration of their “devotion to customers” as Emma had stressed in our emails.
KawaiiSphere is a scam, read the reviews, everyone has the same issues with them and is offered the same resolution. If you actually want the thing you buy, go somewhere else.
Make sure you fight to get your money back, dispute the charge with your bank. You are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

FAKE ITEMS, THEY ARE SELLING FAKE CHINESE SONNY ANGELS AND PASSING THEM OFF AS GENUINE

This company clearly has fake good reviews don’t be fooled!! Stay clear! I wrote a review on this shop as I was sent FAKE sonny angels. Now I had been asked to remove my review and they will give me all my money back as a bribe!! Funnily enough i am now being ignored by the company and still haven’t received my refund. Best option is to dispute it with your bank as I have now had to do. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 3 sonny angels ($20 each and they have a "buy 2, get a 3rd free" deal) and they are all 100% fake. Crazy they are selling fake sonny angels at a mark up on retail prices. Super deceiving.

I purchased several Sonny Angels, only to receive counterfeit items. The store does not disclose that they sell dupes, which is highly unethical and likely illegal. When I raised the issue, they refused to offer a refund unless I returned the items at my own cost — despite the fault being on their end.

To make matters worse, the return address provided was questionable and located far from me, raising even more red flags.

Please be cautious — this retailer should not be operating if they are distributing counterfeit goods at full price. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

Quick update on the situation.
Careful of small print!!! They are clever with wording.

Counterfeit products, came broken and dirty.

Emma (Head of After-Sales Service) would offer (as a 'gesture of good will') 30% refund at first, then 50% .. I argued I would not like to keep broken/counterfeit products (because what am I going to do with a headless Sonny Angel with a tatty face and badly painted dungaree????)

Emma will ask you to send it back to an address in France - fully paid tracked, international shipping back to them.

Ps: this is approx 12-20£ (6x Sonny Angels) - NONE REFUNDABLE POSTAGE. Emma would also not offer ANY other solution other than this. Just asking you to spend even more (none-refundable) money to send THEM the products back. They will not offer a paid for postal solution even though the products are broken/choke hazard to children (breaching health and safety protocols), but most importantly - counterfeit products.

Situation has escalated to Citizen Advice for further investigations on counterfeit products.

Quick update (2-3 weeks later):

After contacting citizens advice and filed the report, kawaiisphere is currently under investigation for selling counterfeit products.

Having fought back and forth (10+ emails) of no resolution, they finally got in touch with me to revoke my negative review here and in exchange - a 100% refund.

Naturally - out of principle, I have ignored them. Clearly they are capable of a full refund from the start, and they continued to refuse until a review like this. Shocking and disgusted in their behaviour and business practices!

Bad service. Fake products. Just don’t do it!

Ordered ‘Sonny angels’ and they are fake. So disappointing, especially since they seem to have positive reviews on their website so I thought they were trustworthy. I can see on reddit and on this platform that many people have had the same experience. Awful.

I ordered Smiskis & Sonny Angels. They said shipping would be 5-7 days. Took 2 weeks. And then they showed up and they were fake beyond belief. Super disappointed

DO NOT BUY! This site only sells fakes, and refuses to refund. They’ll only refund if I send them back unopened and I have to pay for the return shipping to France myself. They’re obviously opened - Smiski Hippers - how else would I know that they’re fake? They also wanted details of how I knew they were fake. I may have fallen for the scam but I’m not that stupid, I’m not giving them the info to source better counterfeits.

Whilst it is unfortunate that so many of us have been scammed, it is great to see that many people are taking the time to document their experiences in the hope of preventing others from falling victim to these out and out criminals. There are not nearly as many of the “positive” fake reviews as before and so the company’s rating is falling as a consequence.
I know it is a pain to chase them for your money back but please, please persist. I have reported them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and Trustpilot. Most importantly, contact your bank or credit card company. You will have to jump through hoops, respond to a couple of emails and provide evidence but, at the end of the day, you are entitled to a full refund as they have knowingly sold you counterfeit goods.
It has taken me five weeks to get all of my money back so keep at it and under no circumstances pay to return the goods to France - total and utter scam!

Went on the website, looking for a genuine Sonny Angel hippers as a gift for my friends for their birthdays. After looking at the website, it looked very genuine and the images they posted in their listing are pictures of actual packaging from the official Sonny Angel. when I received my packages, I found that they were all counterfeit, a.k.a. FAKE. Kind of strange how their website is all about genuine products when they send out counterfeit products I ordered nine items and all nine items are fake. I reached out to them complaining about my order and they offered me 30% refund and to keep the fake products or I have the option to send back all the items and I have to bear the burden of the return fees from USA to the UK, which is very ridiculous because how are you gonna make me pay for the return of products that were misleading and not what I was promised on your website listing! Make it make sense. It’s a complete scam and fraud. If you look up the reviews, there are so many people, including myself, that got scammed by this company. Take your business elsewhere because their products are not genuine.

I ordered 3 sonny angels and all were fake, the heads came off and the packaging was wrong. They offer a 50% off and never received it. Then they offer a full refund and I’m still waiting for me. They Absolutely a scam.

This company is selling forgery products at full price. I was given three smiski boxes, each from a different series and knew straight away from the box itself that they were not genuine.
It wouldn't have been so bad however, like stated before, these are being sold at £12. This is more than I have paid for the real thing.

DO NOT BUY My daughter used her own money and was so excited to receive her Sonny Angel Hippers only to be extremely disappointed finding out they were fake. The body and head color does not match. The paint is poorly applied and the head fell off of one. I requested a full refund. They better do the right thing. This needs to stop.
