After some research, thankfully we discovered Kay Garage Doors. From the initial contact until completion they were fantastic to work with. We wanted something specific to work for our family life. They were able to advise and deliver. There was a sight delay from the factory. We expected this due to the type of door we opted for. Scott contacted with continued updates. The fitting team arrived, worked quickly and methodically. Took old door and any packaging etc away with them. The communication was fantastic, not all companies work like this. Would 100% recommend Kay Garage Doors.

Needed a new door to replace a broken and rusty garage door. Kay were very helpful during the first phone contact, and even more so when we went to their showroom - took lots of time and care to talk us through our options and advise us what door would be most suitable for us. It is a real pleasure to write a good review for a change; so many firms let you down.
Mechanism of garage up and over door was badly broken; I thought beyond repair. Found 2 firms online with good reviews. First one called I had to leave a message. Called Kay Garage Doors and spoke to them who asked for photos, which I sent. Scott answered promptly, gave me a knowledgeable assessment of the problem and quotes for repair or a new door. The repair quote was very reasonable as was the time scale, so I went for that.
Billy arrived, on his own, within the time slot arranged and was polite and friendly. He completed the repair with no fuss or adverse comment. The result was perfect.
Price was as quoted and I could pay by card machine on the spot. Easily a 5 star service.

This company is the real deal. I wanted an electric roller door for my garage but didn't know which company would be best. I intended to compare online companies for the best price and service. I started with Kay garage doors and having looked at their feedback and speaking with Scott I didn't look any further. I sent photos and dimensions and explained what I wanted, the ordering process was a breeze and the day of the fitting the lads were great taking an hour to fit the door. It looks and works great. The whole experience was fantastic, great customer service, great fitting and great product. This is one invoice I am more than happy to pay.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Great communication with fast and efficient fitting. Lads started in the morning and we're finished before lunchtime. Took old door and all rubbish away. I could not have asked for a better service. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Contacted them by message, they got back to us the same day with a date and time. Came exactly when they said, quote received same day. We accepted the quote by phone and were given a option for installation the same day. They came when they said, New door was installed, very professional, very tidy job. Took away all old door and fittings, very impressed.

Phoned Kay garage doors on Thursday as one of the cord had split explained the issues got a quote told that they could be there on Tuesday between 1 and 3 engineer turned up at 1:10 and carried out the repair first class service from a first class company 5 star review and thank you.

Amazing service. I discovered the garage in my new property wasn’t secure and needed a door fitting ASAP. They were extremely quick to help me out and the staff even did overtime at the weekend to fit the door. Very professional and did a very good job. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Garage door jammed up at 14.00pm and the company had an engineer out at 16.00pm. Fixed the door in 15 minutes. Excellent service and response. Certainly recommend.
