This is a scam, I bought some shoes from them and never arrived, initially they were answering my email saying that the shoes were in transit but after a month they stopped replying to my emails and never got the shoes

I ordered on the 12/12/2025, money taken, shoes never arrived and they are not responding to emails- dodgy as.10/02/

Do not buy from this company, I ordered Ugg’s in November 2025, my money was taken straight away, and nothing has arrived yet (January 27th). There is no recourse to chase or claim a refund, I am kicking myself for being so stupid as not to check this fake company first….absolute charlatans.

I wish I had read the reviews for this website. Do not buy from here as they are a complete scam I had to get my credit card provider involved and luckily I got my money back.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company, they are a complete scam outlet. They don’t supply your goods and don’t respond to emails, you will simply lose your money.

Definitely a scam website! Payment taken and processed by kaysband LLC from your bank immediately. Tracking number by yun tracking does not move beyond processing. Ordered Ugg’s on the 10th november, nothing has arrived. I have informed Shop that they should take down this website as payment confirmed by shop on their app but it does not protect your payment.PLEASE DO NOT USE KAYSBAND their email is obviously is not legitimate,and if you try to contact by telephone it answers in Chinese. I have informed Kaysband in DENMARK that they need to take action if indeed they are a legitimate company!
Go through your bank to claim refund. Shame on them 😡

Definite SCAM, order HOKA trainers, money taken from CC, to updates on delivery ETA, no response to emails. Reported to my CC company who have got me a refund.

Ordered a pair of underpriced “HOKA”(NOT!) running shoes. After 2 weeks I chased up the tracking number (from China!) and it didn’t exist. I have sent 5 emails to the company and they have not responded. THIS IS A HOAX

Ordered HOKA trainers £63, received order confirmation then nothing. Emailed them chasing ny order, no reply.

Raised a dispute with my bank, within days they refunded me whilst investigation ongoing.

UPDATE 15/12/2025 - trainers arrived today, fakes!

Check out the office address on maps before you order. The website looks very similar to another site which was a scam selling fake goods.

This online website promotes products that they do not deliver.
I ordered a pair of shoes promoted as Birkenstock. Not only it took an extremely long time to be delivered, but it was also not a Birkenstock pair of shoes and instead a very cheap copy of such.
Their return policy is to write them asking for a return label which I did. In return they offered me 50% reimbursement and to keep the product OR to get a return label frlm them flr a full reimbursement, which I requested.
After this request I have been following up for over a month now with now answer.
In short, this just seems like scam to me and would strongly recommend to stay away from puechssing anything from this website.

Arizona sandals are not from the brand you think they are from, they are imitations.

As all the other customers have reported, this company is a SCAM. The address in Denmark is fake as well as their phone number. They will immediately charge your card and you cannot cancel the order and get a refund, not even right after you completed the order. They will never reply any of your emails. The only thing you can do is to report them to the Police and to ask your bank to claim back the money as victim of a scam.

SCAM !! Avoid at all cost - Shoes took more than a month to come, they come loose not in a box and they are sizing too small. The phone number to call is fake as the email
