Real customer service from real people.
I used the chat feature to get some troubleshooting support for one of my boards. I was speaking to an actual person (which can't be taken for granted these days) within seconds. Jean was patient, gave me useful information, and asked me questions to help troubleshoot my PCB. They even sent me links and photos to instruct me what to do. Even more, they were understanding that I may have potentially had a faulty PCB and offered a discount on a new one because I was outside the warranty window. It all turned out to be okay, but this was real customer service.

Wooting Tofu Redux case wobbles on flat surface.
Ordered a Tofu Redux case for my Wooting 60he. The case wasn't cheap for starters and neither was the postage to the UK, which is fine it was my choice to buy. Annoyingly though, after installation I noticed the case isn't 100% flush/straight. When laying on a flat surface the case wobbles, which is noticeable when typing. Not really ideal for such an expensive accessory that was supposed to enhance my keyboard...
The case it's self looks nice so that's something.
I'm sure someone from customer service is going to ask me to return the case in exchange for a replacement but quite frankly I really can't be bothered taking my keyboard apart again, repacking the case for postage and then taking it to a postal office to be delivered.
Best support I've ever had
Responded to my support query within hours, gave me a couple of options to try.
When we came to the conclusion a new part was needed, it was sent out straight away and free of charge.
Legitimately the best support experience I've ever had and will for sure be a returning customer next time I need a new keyboard (but for now I love my Tofu 65 2.0).
Tofu case warranty
I had a Tofu case that was warped and wobbled on a flat surface. I contacted KBDfans support through their website and dealt with Jean. They were very helpful and even sent a video of the replacement before it shipped. Very professional and good customer service.

After receiving my new favorite keyboard (which sounds amazing and is very high quality for the price). I accidentally broke the USBC connector and they immediately responded to my inquiry and got me a new one shipped within the hour (for the price of another very affordable model). I've been using KBDfans keyboards since late 2018 and I've yet to have a bad experience. I can say for certain they take care of their customers.
Only run into one problem with an order…
Only run into one problem with an order from KBDFans over several dozen orders. But it was enough to knock off a star. I have a pcb delivered brand new with a missing hotswap socket. I contacted KBDFans seconds after delivery to notify them. They had me ship it for repair, and it took months to get the replacement. Outside of that incident, they have been pretty good about shipping out things in a timely manner.

Alice was kind and well knowledgeable to assist me with my questions. As a relative "newcomer" in the keeb space - it's important to get guidance from a professionals perspective. Even though it was only a 10 minute interaction - the short words she did share with me carried much more weight.
Issues resolved promptly!
Board shipped quickly, but had a dead hot swap slot on one of the keys. Support provided troubleshooting steps to ensure that the issue was not firmware before sending me a replacement board. From bad board to completed build it was about 5 days total. Would absolutely purchase from KBDfans again!
Tofu problems and solutions
Pcb on Tofu 2.0 had manufacturing defect , customer service sent me another one very quickly. I’ll be buying more from kdfans.
Mixed experiences
If a package is lost on behalf of the delivery company, KBDfans does an amazing job. They are very understanding, very considerate, and very timely. However, if there is something wrong with small parts of an order that you did receive (missing screws or a few fragile/missing keys) , they charge shipping to fix the error that is on their behalf. I was quite unsatisfied with that, and I wish they could figure out a better solution.

Great store. I’ve purchased a few times and everything arrived on time and in perfect working order. I had an issue with a keyboard I built two years ago. I hoped on chat and got instant tech support. 30mins later my keyboard is working again. That’s awesome!

Very happy to be a customer. I bought an odin v2, it shipped almost immediately to the US and arrived in perfect condition. I needed some help getting an additional component once they discontinued the product and support was super helpful and timely in solving my needs. Additionally I ended up needing some updated firmware and their support (Shoutout to Wayne) was super helpful getting an updated firmware file, as well as detailed instructions on getting it configured correctly.
